I have visited this location a few times. I acknowledge that their burgers are quite flavorful and…read morethey actually provide 2 burgers on the bun - as opposed to the standard in most places of just one. When you order fries they provide an abundance of them. They come in a cup - which varies in size based on the portion size you order. However, regardless of what amount of fries the cup is supposed to hold they overload the cup with these tasty devils so you can count on receiving at least 1/3 - 1/2 portion more than you ordered. The cost of fries is relatively small to them so they have chosen to make a great impression on the customer by giving you so many. I love the taste of the fries and they cook them with skins still on - which I personally always enjoy. They have many, many bags of potatoes on display from their suppliers and as a nice touch they post the name of the farm that provided the potatoes. They provide free peanuts (in the shell) to munch on while waiting for your order which is also a nice customer oriented touch. The only reason I have rated 4 stars vs 5 is the amount of grease involved. The burgers are quite greasy and the fries are loaded with oil. They use peanut oil which is one of the healthier oils but they don't drain them well so even the bags they come in are loaded with oil. So, if you are looking for tasty food Five Guys won't disappoint. However avoid this place if you are in search of healthy meals. I would say going here now and then would be fun but I would not recommend a frequent visit- unless you want to make your cardiologist rich. :)

Okay I normally have a wonderful experience at Five Guys however today hopefully it was just an off…read moreday. I was in line when the customer ordered lettuce and the cashier asked if he was joking? He even asked why? The cashier laughed and he changed his order. I was next and asked for extra lettuce than stated, "what you said was inappropriate ". The cashier then stated, ""I can't " and walked away. The next person "don't recall her name" berating me and made me feel really uncomfortable. This is not what I'm use to at Five Guys! They all need retraining to Five Guys customer service protocols! Highly embarrassed!

So, the "open" sign is finally turned on, and my mom and I come up. I ordered first, but then my mom tried to order cajun rice, and the employee said they didn't have it. What? This is Popeyes right? That has always been a menu staple! We said nevermind and walked away. Find a Popeyes that's managed properly. Not this one.

This is what I'd been waiting for to try my first Popeyes chicken sandwich that everyone has raved about. Since I couldn't decide whether to try the Classic or the Spicy, I ordered both ($3.99 each). I had just finished over 2 miles of mall walking, it was 5 o'clock, dinner time, so I figured I could handle two sandwiches. I was definitely stuffed when I was done. I watched the chicken sandwich Meister at his own station building each sandwich. The rolls are separated in half and toasted, then each half is spread with either their regular mayonnaise or spicy mayonnaise depending on whether the order is Classic or Spicy. A couple of pickle slices are placed on the roll's bottom half, the fried chicken portion is then added and topped with the other roll half. The sandwiches are then individually packed into insulated bags. It's interesting that by the time I finished eating the first sandwich, which was nice and hot when removed from its insulated bag, at one of the food court tables, the second had cooled considerably. It was only slightly warm, its coating still very crispy, but slightly less moist than the first sandwich. Because of this, it seemed like the portion of the breast meat was too thick. Yet, I didn't notice this phenomenon while eating the first sandwich even though that breast piece was of similar size and thickness. The level of spiciness in the Spicy sandwich was acceptable, but it didn't seem to add any additional flavor like jalapeños do. I'm obviously not a fried chicken sandwich aficionado. It was tasty and a good value, but I don't see myself rushing to have another anytime soon. I'm thinking, however, that a fried chicken thigh sandwich could be very interesting!
