Chick-fil-A is one of the few fast food places that's consistently great every time I go. I usually order the classic chicken sandwich and add extra Chick-fil-A sauce, which in my opinion is the best combo. The chicken is always hot and crispy, the bun is soft, and it just hits the spot. The waffle fries are also the best fries in fast food if you ask me. What really stands out though is the service. The staff is always super friendly and somehow they manage to move people through the line incredibly fast, even when it looks packed. Very large Chick-fil-A right off 87, so a convenient stopover. We ordered on the app for drive-thru pickup. No wait in the drive-thru lanes, surprisingly! The service was slower than expected (5-min wait at the drive-thru line) so we thought they were making it fresh. The spicy chicken biscuit was room temperature so it didn't taste as good. The rest of the food (chicken minis and hash browns) were hot and delicious. The bottled orange juice was cold and tasty. The drive-thru cashier looked like the actor Lukas Gage! We are getting closer to a 5 star review! Updating from a 2 to a 4 star review. Mobile thru order readiness and attention to the queue has been addressed! This was a breath of fresh air in the line. It was speedy and reasonable. We were comprable in time and priority to the drive thru. It took roughly 6 minutes of a wait from time of check in to receiving food. Where this order fell short was they didn't give me my correct order items. I ordered a 12 piece grilled chicken nugget, but received 8 instead. They additionally forgot all of the sides for the kale crunch salad, so it is Kale. Positives! They gave us extra sauce, which I appreciate the thought. I only ordered one of each and didn't order any ketchup. The ketchup may be coming standard now as it was on our ticket. Ice was proportionate for the beverages which was awesome too!! All in all, this was a much better experience than my past three experiences. Wish that my order wasn't missing the items I ordered... I will have to check my bag next time. read more

The kid on the register was very nice and not to his fault could use just a little more practice to get things down! The only problem I had on my visit today was in the milk shake I ordered. This place is as good as I hoped. I arrived at noon on a Friday, and they were busy. But busy is fine as long as the food is worth the wait. And it was. Within 5 minutes I had placed my order, and within 20 minutes I had my food. No... it wasn't "fast food". But the wait was certainly worth it as my food was wonderful, the staff were super friendly, park spaces weren't tough to find (and if they were, there is literally a whole mall parking lot next door), and I like supporting this business. They seem to have plenty of people working there, but I've noticed that sometimes there's only one person at the counter taking orders, which can slow things down a bit. Once you order at the counter, they bring your food to the table, which adds a nice touch of service. The tables are almost always clean, which is unusual for a fast food restaurant. Never been there for breakfast. For lunch, the menu has various kinds of chicken sandwiches and side orders. Extremely high-quality for fast food. My wife and I decided to try this place while we were in the area. Staff was extremely polite and friendly, especially the nice lady that helped us out ( Emily M.)Service was fast considering the amount of orders they had with online orders and drive through. The Lines are always crazy for fast food. Funny thing is though, it is so slow. They have three lanes, but they never use them, they are just for show. They have workers work out in the Heat and in the Cold. This concept may work in the South but it does not work in the winter's of the North. read more

It's SO PRETTY. The drive thru is really organized. I know that sounds weird but the line is easy to follow in, there's 2 lanes that take your order - you pay right there and then you pull up to a window/door and you're done. Everyone is so nice and happy all the time! Like, they actually want to be working there. A lot of fast food places have miserable people working. Of course, the food is delicious. Went here on 7/27 around 10:30 a.m. or so. Hardly anyone in the place. BUT one solitary person was manning the window: a young guy with dreadlocks who hardly understood English let alone speak it. We ordered 2 sandwiches and 2 small diet Dr Peppers. Kid was not listening at all, said "meals"? We said no, 2 sandwiches and 2 drinks. (of we wanted the meals we would have ordered the meals) Then he said 2 fries...ugh, NO! Then he says $23.79 or something like that. We questioned the total and he said that's what it is. Almost $24 for 2 sandwiches and 2 small drinks! By this time, DH is frustrated and running out of patience. So we cancelled and left. When a top isn't sealed on a gallon of lemonade correctly and it dumps all through the carpet on a vehicle floor, a cookie and the cheapest fried chicken plain sand as compensation is just not okay. Very clean. The attendant doing the cleaning was right on top of it. As soon as someone left he was right there. He also cleared my tray when I was finished. I ordered my food online and I got 2 large fries a 12 piece Nugget and a medium drink and then a Mac and cheese with bacon. And we went through the drive through and 3 workers asked us our name and confirmed us, we got to the window where they give us our food, the lady said out name and order, There were about 7 workers back there and a bunch in the front taking orders, and with chick-fil-A being such a great food place with lots of customers and a bunch of workers you wouldn't think they would mess up putting 2 large fries in the bag i literally ordered 9 sauces and they gave us 12 nothing wrong with that but they gave us 3 more sauces then 2 large fries we drove away then looked in the bag and there was no fries I am very upset because there is not any of this store near where i live so I wasted 7 dollars on fries I didn't get.
