Not a business I generally support but as some would say that spicy chicken is so dope. Service was fast and super friendly. Food was fresh and hot. Haven't eaten at Chick-fil-A in a decade but it was the only thing that sounded good this afternoon. Everything was good about this experience and not bad for an airport restaurant. $15+ for the Spicy Chicken meal. read more

The people working here are literally so kind it's amazing. Obviously they have to follow Chick-Fil-A protocol, but they are doing one heck of a job at following it. It's always a delight getting to eat here before my travel/after my travel day. It has a very open seating arrangement, so you are very aware what's going on around you and staring at people going through TSA lol. read more

My standard disclaimer on reviews. I review everything from the point of view is what your expectation should be going to a particular place amazing sushi purchase at a gas station certainly would be a different standard than what you would get it Nobu. In this case, Chick-fil-A is ubiquitous. It should be amazing everywhere you go. This was the worst experience I've ever had in any Chick-fil-A and one of the worst that I've had at an airport. The facility was not clean, and although there was a mop and bucket and broom in peoples hands, they weren't being utilized. Three times I was greeted and asked for my order and within a half of a second the person turned away from me to talk with the coworker. This happened three times in a row until I know the tone of my voice was noticeably upset. nevertheless, they made me the milkshake which was all I wanted, and set it down heavily in front of me without the usual Christian courtesy. I really hope that someone gets in here and brings this place up to the standard Chick-fil-A. read more

Horrible experience. Saw a mouse running near stall and the food itself gave me food poisoning. I vomited on plane due to lunch here. Please ensure cleanliness is taken into account, someone could get much more sick than I. read more

Located in the Albany airport right after TSA (must go thru TSA to get to it). Long lines since it is Chick-Fil-A and front & center. Line moved fairly quick and employees were friendly. The quality of Chick-Fil-A regular locations versus airport locations is like night and day. The chicken was so soggy and chewy. The hash browns they gave us were like the leftovers they had - they weren't full round hash browns. This location needs quality control :-( read more

Had a grilled chicken sandwich and waffle fries. Not sure what is all the fuss about Chick-fil-A. Chicken was dry and lacked flavor, fries were soggy. Maybe an airport restaurant is not representative of the chain but they should up their game. They had a big crowd but probably because of few choices in the small Albany airport. read more

So as you walk up there is signage stating this Chick-fil-A is not run under normal rules and Chick-fil-A regulations, as it's obvious. The staff acted like they were at a frat party with a side of work thrown in. It took 25minutes to get our two person food order and there was only one person ahead of us and two behind. Food wise it's Chick-fil-A, it's hard to screw that up. It's usually such a good experience in this world of crappy fast food and slothen staff but not at this location. Oh almost forgot to mention the cute little mouse running through the kitchen, thankfully we had already started eat our food and figured it was what it was ‍ read more

While waiting for our flight we decided to get some breakfast. Never had Chick-fil-A so I thought we give it a try. No line at all should have been a hint, as the Starbucks across the hall has at least a 20 minute or more wait line. Ordered the minis to share and coffee. Took a while to be ready. Not very quick and had to wait for the food for probably 5 minutes. The chicken on the minis are really really small, not like their picture at all. Too salty, too dry. Added their sauce which helped a bit. Coffee wasn't great. Also paid way too much for it but as a captive at the airport I am sure it's gouging pricing. Won't do this location again. Will give it another try when Chick-fil-A opens in Clifton Park and perhaps Latham. read more

Pretty standard fast food chain, except it's behind airport security. Does not accept any orders on the app, so you can't earn points or redeem your points for food. This used to be the more most northern Chick-Fil-A location, but now there's plenty more locations further north. Food is as good as you expect and comes out reasonably quick. read more

When a gallon of lemonade is not properly sealed and it dumps all over vehicle carpet, I think we can all agree a plain fried chicken sandwich and a cookie is not compensation! So..... we are getting curbside pick ups and will try not to support chic filet. Why.... It is expensive and uncompensated losses make it so much worse! read more

If I could give it zero stars I would. 2 menu selections, and the slowest staff in history. Waited 23 minutes from when the receipt was printed for 2 Chicken sandwiches and fries. I could've raised the chicken myself in the time it took to get my order. Then one of the workers asked me if I wanted a cookie. So I said "Sure" and he went to get it, got sidetracked and then went in the back again. No cookie. read more

Chick-fil-A - ows a man standing at a counter in a fast food restaurant - Fast Food Near Me - Loudonville, New York

Service is great the Grilled Chicken Wrap is My Favorite. The restaurant was clean and the staff were very polite.

The clown show called Chick-fil-a at ALB continues to be an amazing bad show. This week I got napkins but no drink or sauces. Management at the restaurant or corporate have yet to decide to contact me with a response to any of my negative reviews of this location. I guess their is no room for improvement, just contined bad service. The never say "my pleasure " anymore. I've found that at many locations now. I guess on Jesus can provide opportunities for excellence....... the whole organization is questionable to me now. There are no obvious values being portrayed anymore..... must be a cost cutting strategy...... lol read more

This was hands down the worst experience at a Chick-fil-A I have ever had. When I asked for something to clean the tables (every single one was filthy) I received a look that they were going out of their way to help me (even though I was cleaning the tables for them....while a ton of "workers" that were just standing around. I pointed out the floor was pretty filthy and was told they don't clean the area at the airport (even though all the debris was leftover from their restaurant and clearly the product of their establishment). No idea how they can sleep at night and charge over $15 for a meal that is subpar. This experience tainted my view of the chain. They should be embarrassed. read more

Chick-Fil-LATE. Presumably at an airport one might expect a reasonable level of urgency in delivering fast food... fast. Not the case at the Albany International Airport this morning. My order was straightforward: chicken mini ( 4-pack) with the hash browns and lemonade. Some lady in the back seemed be in slow gear... After everyone behind me received their orders, I approached the nice young cashier who had taken my order. She "EXPEDITED" my order. THE FOOD: a sloppy, Greasy mess. I pulled away the chicken cubes and considered my poor decision. Serves me right for ordering fried food for breakfast. read more

Moist. Moist. Moist. Moist. This word describes my chicken nuggets that I ordered at this culinary masterpiece of a restaurant. They were so moist, tender, and succulent. The waffle fries- absolute heaven. The LEMONADE- best drink I've ever consumed. Service was quick and efficient. The interior of chick-fil-a is so welcoming, stunning, and it reminds me of home. Decent Chick-fil-A at the Albany airport. I always stop by after landing ALB. Their sunjoy is the best, I ordered some on the way home. I arrived around 11am, there was only 2-3ppl in front of me. In the past I've arrived in the afternoon after 5pm, the line gets so long and wrapped around. Surprisingly their service is quick and efficient, the line goes by quickly. read more

Bottom line first: not your typical Chick-fil-A. Be prepared to be disappointed So we were excited to see that there is a Chick-fil-A at this airport when we arrived and looked forward to patron it on the way out, especially as a loyal Signature member. We would have a long wait here before the flight. My girl wanted a diet frosted lemonade. Instead of being greeted friendlily, or even with some professionalism, I was greeted with "What's your name??" Ok, maybe she's new. I said I wanted a diet frosted lemonade. No frosted lemonade. How about a frosted coffee that's also advertised? No frosted anything. We settled for diet lemonade. It was only a few hours later when I had to come back for dinner, since Wolfgang Puck Pizza and Burger King both closed pretty early. I went back and got the same gal. SAME GREETING. No chicken wrap like my gal wanted either. I decided it was enough. When I picked my food, I asked for the manager. Even though she was swamped as the in-between, she came to me at the first opportunity and listened to my complaint, which is the cashier's greeting is unacceptable towards another human being, not to mention a valued customer. She agreed and said she will have a discussion with the cashier later along with her boss, and that's why this place earned a star back. This is not your local Chick-fil-A. Don't expect to have the less common/fancy items. I already suspected and verified that this, along with the LAX location, would not be rewarding Chick-fil-A One points, but I hope the customer service gets closer to the par outside of this airport. read more

Wow. Lack of service is an understatement. You are an oiler in an AIRPORT. Service should be FAST.

As always when traveling I stop at Chick-fil-a prior to getting on my flight, here in Albany international Airport. This trip being no different I went to order, the breakfast menu was on the screens. I ordered and the young lady informed me they were now selling lunch ONLY. It was 10:17am. I asked for a menu and she said she didn't have one, yet she expected me to know what I wanted. I was shocked at the attitude I was given. With no menu to order lunch, and no breakfast that the screens were displaying being sold. I gladly took my business next door to Starbucks and can't believe the attitude I was given by what is supposed to be a Christain Organization. Advise to the owner of this franchise ...get better quality employees you are NOT living up to the standards organization. read more

Definitely not what I'm used to when eating at Chick-fil-A but it's an airport location so I'll give them a pass. Staff was friendly and the food was super quick, however both my sandwich and fries were luke warm and the cheese on my sandwich was unmelted. I would have gladly waited another minute or two for melted cheese and hot fries. Oh and no honey roasted bbq sauce that usually comes with the club. read more

Went to chick filA for the first time today. I had often driven by and seen really long lines. In the back of my mind I often wondered that if people were willing to wait that long. the food must be amazing. Turns out that is not true. I waited in line at the drive through for almost half an hour. There was an associate who took my order at my car. She was very polite and nice, but it still took 30 minutes. When I finally got my order (a deluxe chicken sandwich and a coffee with Splenda and cream) I was really dissapointed. The restaurant only offers iced coffee. For whatever reason they added French Vanilla flavor to my coffee. The only thing worse than iced coffee is flavored iced coffee. Ended up throwing the coffee out. I also had a deluxe chicken sandwich which was fair to poor. It was served on a regular hamburger bun. The chicken patty seemed like it had been deep fried twice, because much of the breading was so overcooked it was like eating rocks. I'm glad I found out for myself. Will never eat there again. read more

We had a great service. Very busy. Waited 10 minutes. Common Sense Tips: -Double-check your order before leaving. -If you're late for your plane...don't stop for Chik Fil A and expect them to rush because you're late. -Don't trash them because you're angry there aren't more of them...that's a fairly stupid way of expressing you'd like more locations. read more

I love that there is a Chick-fil-A in the Albany airport. Especially since there aren't that many around here. The menu is scaled back but the very basic choices are available and for the most part okay. My biggest question is if the owner of this location has different rules for running and managing the restaurant than the non airport properties? The level of customer service is WAY below the typical CFA. It's almost like you are bothering them when you order. The cashier wouldn't make eye contact and did not speak to me at all. She did however continue to look at her phone and text. She thought it was hidden, but not quite. She got my order wrong and also said she couldn't give me an itemized receipt. One of her coworkers said the receipt is itemized and pointed it out to me. The young man working there was also friendly. If people haven't been to any other CFA, they probably wonder where all the raves come from. This location really needs retraining. read more

With many business closed in the airport, you'd expect Chick-fil-a to come through with their history exceptional service. Sadly, the employees of this Chick-fil-A decided to put an employee in line 20 minutes before close and refuse service to any paying customers desperate to find a dinner options. A female employee stated, " we won't have any food for you by the time you get up there ( maybe ten people in line ahead of her cutoff). It takes 2.5 minutes to make fresh nuggets. Shame on this owner operator and the employees for refusing service at a small airport. Go to Silks for better service and food. Their service was outstanding. read more

Not the well oiled machine you find all over the US. unfriendly counter service by agent first initial "Q". And long wait for food.

Extremely slow service, even when ordering ahead and trying to pickup a mobile order. I've been to other restaurants and the level of service you come to expect from the brand just isn't there. It's my 2nd time visiting the restaurant and also the 2nd time more than one food item has been missing from my order. Girls working the drive up are busy standing around talking about boys instead of making sure orders are going out correctly. Those who were multiple cars behind us were receiving food first. What a mess. The line inside to wait was not any better. Will not be going back to this location. read more

Worst Chic fil A ever experienced. All employees seem like they hate to be there and are rude and uncaring it seems. Does not accept rewards scan for even a proof of purchase.
