It will not be my last visit! Not only was the decor artfully done but it encompassed a somehow cozy yet spacious atmosphere; great vibe. Also anything bee related is a win for me. Various seating arrangements depending on what you're there for. These folx take their coffee seriously. The coffee tasting I purchased a ticket for was expertly hosted (thanks, Bella!) and I learned, sniffed, and tasted a ton. It's evident Sweet Bloom really values the culture of the bean and do their absolute best to keep the industry sustainable, healthy, and filled with people who value the craft and can earn a living practicing it. I'm looking forward to more experiences they host. The coffee itself was of course, delicious and expertly crafted. I stuck with an espresso after the tasting and it was perfect. They also have some delicious pastry options from a local bakery. I had the sausage roll and... Yes. If it isn't clear, I am sold on Sweet Bloom and look forward to checking out their other locations as well. Cheers!

Lots of comfortable seating with outlets. Plenty of people coming in and out with backpacks or laptop bags slung over their shoulders gives the place a chill coworking energy. On both of my visits the baristas have been warm and friendly. I do have to knock down a mark because so far the drinks I've gotten have been just okay. I started with a regular matcha latte which was pleasant but a bit gritty and unremarkable. The second time I tried the ube matcha but sadly the ube didn't really come through and it mostly tasted like the plain matcha I'd had previously. Seems like maybe the coffee drinks are the way to go so I'll have to keep exploring the menu to find my favorites. I will definitely be back here when I'm sick of staring at my laptop inside my apartment and want to stare at my laptop somewhere else instead.

Their green chile breakfast burrito was hearty, delicious, and the perfect way to start the day, and my almond milk latte was great too. With the pink and green interior, the space has such a feminine, bougie feel that immediately made me want to come back with my laptop and spend a morning working here in luxury. The barista was incredibly kind, and even the clientele made the space feel warm and welcoming. I can't wait to return for a quiet workday with a friend, a good latte, and definitely another breakfast burrito!

My favorite thing is any flavor of the Bundt cakes. They are a must try. You really can't go wrong with any of the pastries. Coffee is second priority for me here since the pastries are so good.

The desserts were extremely sweet, to the point where all I could really taste was sugar and butter. I was hoping for more balanced, delicate flavors and a little more refinement, but everything tasted overwhelmingly sugary to me. Considering the prices, I also found it quite overpriced for what you get.On the positive side, the interior is beautiful and nicely designed. Unfortunately, the tables in the dining area were dirty, which took away from the overall experience. I can understand why this place is popular, and I'm sure many people enjoy their desserts. It's just not my personal preference. Beautiful atmosphere, but I expected more in terms of flavor, cleanliness, and value for the price.

Their bò kho definitely reminds me of my father's recipe, which is rich and not overly sweet. This aromatic Vietnamese beef stew is a fragrant broth infused with lemongrass, star anise, and spices. It's a bowl of distinct and complex flavor profile that balances savory, sweet, spicy notes, with a vibrant brick-red color from the annatto seeds. The cuts of beef shank, flank, and chuck were soft so you know they spent hours simmering to achieve this level of tenderness. The deep beef profile is highlighted when adding bean sprouts, Thai basil, lime juice to cut through the richness and carrots provided a natural sweetness to the savory broth. Bánh canh is a Vietnamese noodle soup featuring thick, chewy noodles made from tapioca flour, rice flour, or a mix, served in a flavorful broth with various toppings like pork, shrimp, crab, or fish cake. The broth is clean from the hours of simmering bones to create a savory, collagen-rich base. You can taste the freshness of the soup garnished with fresh cilantro, green onions, fried shallots, lime, and chili oil. Plus you get a boat load of proteins and garnishes - shrimp cake, imitation crab meat, shrimp, quail egg, mushroom, tapioca noodle, onion, cilantro and black pepper. We'll be back and try the bún bò huế and cá ri.
