I love this studio. My favorite classes are cardio reformer and TRX. Christina and Melissa Matthews are excellent instructors, they are easy to follow, keep the energy level up and make the classes a good workout for all levels. I started Pilates because of knee pain from years of running. Pilates workouts are challenging, but less stress on the body. Had a free private intro session with Melissa. Loved that this boutique studio spends the time to show you how to properly use the equipment and fully explain the class options. Very friendly and upbeat without the dreadful high pressure sales pitch. Check them out! They have 45 min and 1 hour class options which is nice if you're limited on time! read more

Nothing but raves for this top notch Pilates studio. The instructors are knowledgeable, caring and fun, and work to make everyone feel comfortable at their own level. Classes are excellent, with a daily rotating emphasis so that everything stays fresh. Reformer classes are the main event, but the barre class is excellent also. The studio is lovely, with fresh flowers and shimmering candles that exemplify the care that they put into making the experience wonderful. Good prices too, with packages tailored to your needs. I just love Studio Verve! From the minute I walked in all of the instructors have been warm, friendly and super supportive! I originally wanted to improve my posture and strength. They have been so incredibly knowledgeable and helpful and I am very happy with all that I have learned. I always feel better leaving than when I arrived. I love the private classes because they totally work with my strengths and weaknesses. But they have many different group classes and are always mixing things up with different challenges and contests. So glad to have found Studio Verve! read more

I've been going to the studio for about a year it truly has changed my life. Never been in better shape! Each and everyone of the staff are amazing. The vibe in the space is so positive! Warning! You will get hooked to the way Pilates makes you feel! This studio takes a mind/body approach rather than one or the other- the instructors help you concentrate and put your "mind to the muscle" helping you improve your form to maximize your workout. Certified trainers (yes I need to point that out- some studios do not have certified trainers) help you through the workout, coach you through the moves and make you feel awesome! The music is always great, the studio is clean and there are a variety of classes. Obviously, I am a huge fan of this studio and the instructors, but want you to be too! Nice, comfortable studio managed by a very able and professional trainer. Melissa is a consumate professional. She keeps an eye on every move you make, regardless of the size of the class. There is a nice mix of mat and reformer work. The other thing I love about this place is the people who come here. Very relaxed - friendly - I am a chubby girl and don't have the bendability of the my more svelte students, but I don't feel uncomfortable. Also, my K-Mart leggings are good here - not talking the Lulu Lemon, Lucy set - not that they aren't nice, just saying... One of the best things is that you can make and cancel all your appointments on line!!! Wowza. That is great! No painful phone calls. I cannot say enough good things about this studio and the people who run it and teach. I never thought I would be comfortable in a pilates class, but lo and behold! I had never done Pilates before and was looking for a fun way to get back in shape. I chose this studio based in large part on the Yelp reviews that the the instructors were all very knowledgeable and inclusive - It's totally true! I've been attending reformer/MAT/barre classes for the past few months. They offer a wide variety of classes, have a very useful online scheduling app, the studios and equipment are always sparkly clean, and parking is never difficult. The instructors do a great job of checking in with each student's need and abilities, offering helpful modifications and advice for members at all levels of fitness (most classes have representative from all points of the fitness spectrum). Each class is challenging but enjoyable, and I really enjoy the variety. It's clear they are focused on creating and maintaining a positive environment, offer excellent training, and are a proactive resource for helping each student achieve his or her best each day :-) read more

Absolutely LOVE IMX. Not only a wonderful studio with great equipment, but truly amazing staff. The instructors are always friendly and helpful in tailoring the workout to each person's needs. I've had serious sciatic pain for years and have tried physical therapy, acupuncture, chiropractic, weight training and yoga, but nothing has helped very much. I am completely new to pilates, but after three one-on-one sessions the back pain is already significantly reduced and I feel like my hips, hamstrings and calves are finally loosening up after years of being tight and painful. The workouts are pretty intense, but I could not be happier with the results so far and I'm looking forward to switching to the regular group classes. Melissa and her staff are top notch - friendly, warm, professional and very knowledgeable. The equipment is perfect and the environment clean and inviting. I first came to IM=X Pilates with a friend of mine who was raving about the classes with Melissa and her experience. The first class was free and I decided why not...and let me say...it was a great experience. I loved it. I loved the energy that I felt from the class along with the energy that is projected in the class. I am not a huge gym person so it's awesome to come to a place and get just as good of a work out that you would have at the gym in a positive and energetic environment. I like the customization and the kindness of everyone there. I paid $20 for a single class because I wanted to make sure that I really enjoyed it before I committed to the package price but after that class, I immediately cancelled my gym membership and am going to be purchasing a package. Melissa is great and I hear that all of the other instructors are as well. You should definitely check it out. read more

I have been coming to the studio for just over a month and an thrilled with everything about IMX Pilates. All the instructors are excellent and provide feedback to you in a very respectful way. I am not very coordinated and sometimes take a while to get a movement correct but the instructors are all so professional in assisting students.. Many studios seem frustrated with beginners but not here. They make you realize form is the most important. I have recommended this studio to all my friends as I love it so much. I have met many friendly people in the classes as well. Try this studio out. You will be hooked. The whole team at IMX Pilates is awesome. read more

I am a snowbird that was here for 2 months last year and now 4 months this year. I LOVE Studio Verve! I really Ike the high intensity and the fact that all of the instructors are well trained and really watch to make sure I am doing moves correctly. There is such a great variety of class types and times and the studio and equipment are clean and in good condition I recently talked my husband into joining and he loves it too. Thanks Studio Verve! I'm completely addicted to the classes at this beautiful, IMX pilates studio. The instructors are all really knowledgable and personable. They also make an effort to get to know everyone in the classes and to offer assistance when needed. It's a very positive and healthy environment at this studio, which is important to me. I've mostly taken the reformer classes, which offer a total body workout. When I leave, I feel energized, lengthened, strengthened, and relaxed.
