absolutely love Mel and Monika ! They are both incredibly talented, detail-oriented, and truly care about their work. Every time I go in, my nails come out beautiful and flawless. Since I started going to them, I've noticed such a difference--my nails feel stronger, last over a month, and never chip or lift. That alone says everything about the quality of their work. I always leave so happy and confident with my nails. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for amazing, long-lasting results!

Been coming here for about 3 years & been a nail girlie for over a decade; I've come to learn my nails love builder gel rather than regular gel/gelX mani. Considering I'm double jointed & my natural nail lifts by default. I'm glad I found this place after moving here & so far I've been loving it. Place is always clean, service always respectful & welcoming + I appreciate they catch the memo when I plug in my pods to listen to my book/show. Their complementary coffee is strong & appreciated, communication to book appointments always efficient, and the fact that my nails last me 4-6 weeks is amazing! Have gotten my nails done by the owner, Siranush, Diana, Fatemeh, & now Meline(Meline did my latest nail design: green stripes w/ a pop of hot pink). Usually opt for anyone that is available since I request for early morning appointments and so far everyone has treated my nails nicely!(:

I went to Studio Nail Bar for a gel manicure and gel pedicure, and I absolutely loved it! Everything was very clean and professional, and they took their time to make sure everything looked perfect. My nails came out beautiful and I'm so happy with the results. The staff was so kind and welcoming too. I will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

I reached out to Studio Nail Bar for a hard gel mani (including a hard gel removal from a previous mani). They quoted me $70, which would have been fine for the quality of the nail shaping and the hard gel application I ended up getting. When I asked for softer/rounder edges (before the hard gel was applied), my nail tech said she would do it after the hard gel application. Despite telling her exactly what I wanted, I ended up with square nails - it wasn't what I wanted or asked for, and there was little she could do correct it because the application had already set. I also asked for a soft French mani for Mother's Day weekend, which resulted in an extra charge. My nails look like little teeth. I paid $95 for my set. There was very little conversation in English, which is fine. I was in a more relaxed mood and enjoyed people watching. This seemed to be popular service spot for folk who spoke Armenian. The vibes were nice; very pink and floral, music and music videos on their main TV. While the salon set up was nice, the service did not align with what I was looking for.

"GEL NAIL POLISH" lifting off after one day

If I could leave zero stars for this place I would, as someone who gets their nails done on a monthly basis since she's been 15 yrs old, by now I know the step to step process on how the nails get prepped and how the system works. I'm very disappointed and enraged at their services. As soon as I walked in with my mother and little sister we felt some type of tension, with all the nails techs looking at us weird and just not being as welcoming as they were with other costumers. HUGE RED FLAG!!!! The salon looked very nice and pink which is why we stayed there not knowing that our services would be 10x worse. My mom got a gel manicure/pedicure My sister got regular polish I got gel pedicure Our total for all this was $210 dollars which is no issue, but for $210 you would expect the techs to take their time in crafting the service. WRONG, my little sister got regular polish and the nail tech finished in 15-20 mins, once I looked at her nails she had polish all over her cuticles and I had to kindly ask the tech to come back and remove the polish for her literal fingers not nails but from her fingers. We went on a Saturday, that same Saturday night my 10yr old sisters polish came off, she doesn't do any hard labor like wash dishes or do laundry. On Sunday morning my moms GEL manicure started lifting off but the afternoon she had no polish on 8 of her fingers!!!! I tried contacting them through Instagram demanding a refund, they said we could come in a fix it but at that point we didn't want to go through the same service again, she said we could come in so they could "correct the nails properly" but then she claimed they did not believe the nails were done incorrectly basically contradicting herself. Honestly horrible service and experience! Never going back there again!

Best service in Burbank. My go to salon. Staff is very friendly, salon is very clean. Highly recommended!:)

I decided to try this salon because of how pretty it is on the outside! It totally caught my attention. I was able to get a same day appointment when I called. The first thing I noticed was how pretty it is- I can't get over the decor! The second thing I noticed was how diverse the staff was. Absolutely loved that! The work was wonderful, both techs were very efficient and did an amazing job! That staff was very friendly! Additional side notes: -It's small, so if that's a concern during Covid, you may want to reconsider for now. All staff and customers were wearing masks! -they take venmo!!!! So convenient -parking can be sticky around there, depending when you go! read more

I'm so disappointed in my service from this establishment. I went in just looking for a quick trim and polish change and now I wish I never went. I've been applying Neosporin around my cuticles all day hoping to avoid an infection! The nail tech nicked me with the cuticle cutter so many times my nailbeds are now red, scabbed and inflamed! read more

I've been here a handful of times for gel-x manicures. The manicure's have been great- and the nail art is always spot on to the inspo pic. I've had appointments with 3 different technicians, all good work! I've had to wait once or twice (even with an appointment) but they never rush me so it's worth it. I will return! read more

Absolutely love this place! I have been trying to find the right place for a while. The environment of this place is extremely friendly. Customer service is on point. I have communicated with owner thru Yelp ( that's how I found this place at first) she went above and beyond with my appointment. I made it in advance for my birthday and she not only texted to confirm it but also gave me another time options that were available if I wanted to come earlier that day. I had a set of GelX that lasted me 3+ weeks and gel pedi. I was more than satisfied with it. The color selection is great as prices. Definitely will be back again and again :) read more

LOVE LOVE LOVE! When you walk in you're greeted with a warm welcome and everyone is so friendly and professional. The service was amazing and i got exactly what i wanted. I showed them a picture i pulled from pinterest and they did exactly that and more. Meghu did such a good job on my nails and constantly asked if i liked it and if i wanted anything to be changed. Probably one of the worst nail salon experiences I've ever had. I went in for a gel mani and regular pedi. The lady doing my nails cut me on every single finger. I told her that it hurt and that I have thin skin to make her pay more attention but she kept cutting me. Her response was that I haven't been getting my cuticles cleaned often that's why I'm getting all these cuts and that I should put neuospirin on my nails when I get home. I do get a regular mani pedi and even if I didn't that's not why. I've gotten enough manicures to know that she was extremely rough. The girl doing my pedi was nice but she had to redo my nails multiple times because she was putting a very thick coat and it kept getting messed up. After the 3rd try, it still did not look even. This was my first time coming here and it will be my last. read more

I really wanted to like this place but unfortunately I would not recommend it. From the moment I sat down it was a pretty uncomfortable environment at all the nail techs seem to have an attitude and were staring with dirty looks on their face. I figured it was nothing so I brushed it off. My nail tech continually cut me and I told her it hurt and she told me it was because I have sensitive fingers. No it is because you keep cutting my skin. I stayed and at the end I liked how my nails looked so I thought ok maybe it was just an unfortunate situation with her cutting my fingers. Fast forward to nine days later my gel X nails are already lifting. I called today to ask how long they are supposed to last and the girl told me three weeks. I told her how mine already lifting and she told me it was because I have bad nails. If I want to come in and have them look at them and they fix them I can but they are going to charge me for fixing them. I told her I'm not going to pay for your bad quality of nails and she continually said it's my fault it's my nails. I am not rough on my nails and I have had numerous kinds of nails done and this has never happened. She continued to argue with me and then said ok just come in and they will look at them and then you can decide what you want to do but you can't come today. I let her know the times I was available during the week I told her the weekends were more flexible and she was very rude and said well I don't know what to tell you you can call back tomorrow. I spent over $100 here and would never go back. Oh and this place is not sanitary. The towels in the chairs are stained and my tech pulled a brush out of the nail box labeled dirty. read more

I came here once before in the past and had a great experience. But this time I made an appointment for a pedicure and manicure, it is my birthday this weekend and I was hoping to have my nails done for the occasion. I arrived to my appointment 5 minutes early and once I arrived I was told to be seated and heard nothing after that for 40 minutes. They completely overbooked and I was given no warning of how long I should wait. When I asked the woman at the front desk she told me it would be a few minutes. I waited another 10 minutes and asked again. Within that time they served someone else who literally walked in and didn't even have to wait. It was very upsetting. I ended up just walking out the door and there was no follow up and absolutely no explanation. Very poor customer service and unethical business. I feel completely devalued as a customer. read more

I had to update my rating & im not sure I'll be coming back. The nail tech got upset with me because I told her my polish was too thick & continued to state how long she's been doing nails & i was wrong & she knows what she's doing. I've never been talked to like that by a nail tech & i believe whatever was going on in the shop took over her that day. I believe her & the nail techs that sit by the door are competing & also had an argument when the owner left. She cut me twice & also last time i came idk who i had but my nails lasted two months. This place is more focused on the drama than the client, so I'll keep my $95 dollars next time because this polish is terrible. read more

This place is very clean and the service is excellent. Ask for Megh, she was great! I like how on every visit new tools are opened and used. Also, very easy to find parking. Megh is very professional, patient, and listens to what the customer needs. I would definitely recommend anyone to visit this place. You won't be disappointed! The girls are super nice, the prices are very fair and most importantly, my nails are always flawless! They do beautiful work and it lasts long! I'm actually really sad about writing this because I wanted to love this place. My nails turned out beautiful, but what I had an issue with was how my cuticles were done- I was cut and they hurt for several days after. Maybe someone with a higher pain tolerance would do ok. But I spoke up several times about it hurting and I'm just lucky I didn't get an infection. Also- they didn't size the gelx nails individually like I've had done at other salons- they only sized one hand. Overall it's a good place, but unfortunately won't be my to go place. Also, just as a heads up- cash or Venmo only. read more

I got gel x here and they drilled my nails down to remove the gel x instead of soaking longer. My nail beds are ruined now and they have been hurting everyday for weeks now because my nails are so thin. read more

Alright experience. I would not recommend going to the studio, since there are much better nail salons to go to. The studio itself was small and a bit cramped. The lady doing my nails was very aggressive, and did scratch me a couple times with the nail filer. The overall outcome of the acrylic nails were nice and what I wanted, but the price was also overpriced compared to other salons out there. read more

I didn't immediately understand where the technician was telling me to sit, and she scoffed and laughed at me like I was stupid. I was pretty sure they were talking crap about me to each other and then trying to be overly nice to me to compensate. She started buzzing down on my nails for something I didn't order, which was a mani pedi with polish, which I told them after they asked 15 times and didn't listen. I told her to stop, then she did the polish with no mani. My mom was sitting with her feet in cold water without anyone starting her pedi this whole time. We left early and went to Gallery Nail Spa, where they did fantastic mani pedis for both of us. If you're too busy for walk ins, don't take walk ins. But there's no excuse for such rudeness. read more

He was professional, knew his job well and was extremely meticulous about his work. They have 4 chairs to do their manicure, and 5 massage chairs to do their pedicure. Thankfully, the TV was on and it was not the depressing, sad, violent news. They were showing Americas got Talent. Also, soft music would have been nice to listen too. After he was done with my pedicure Jamy, took me inside their room where they do waxing. I needed to wax my under arms, and eye brows. She did a great job; and for both services they charged me $58.00. Even though they are the business owners, I still tipped them well. Place was super clean, with cute decor here and there. Parking shared with other businesses, and one gender neutral restroom also very clean. She even gave me a $2.00 off for my waxing. My only critique is that the massage that Nick did on my legs/feet was too short. Didn't even last 3 minutes. I also like the pressure to be medium to medium hard. He hand strong hands, but didn't deliver. I will definitely visit this salon when I am in the area. Highly recommend to others. I was really looking forward to the services I paid $116 for today, and unfortunately, I left feeling worse than when I walked in. That was especially disappointing because I had been looking forward to treating myself before my baby arrives. I do want to emphasize that the other staff members I interacted with were kind, the spa was clean and peaceful, and my pedicure was great. My issue was specifically with the manicure experience and the way I was treated during it. Before leaving, I asked if I could speak with a manager. The woman working at the counter was very kind and explained that the manager was not there, but assured me she would pass along my experience. I hope management takes this feedback seriously. I wasn't expecting special treatment because I'm pregnant I simply wanted to be treated with patience and basic courtesy, especially during what was supposed to be a relaxing experience.

This is my second time coming to this salon and I love the work they do. When I walked in it was very professional and everyone greeted you and made you feel welcomed. My first time I went the first thing I noticed is how clean they are and how they sanitize everything after they are done with it. I got a regular pedicure with a Gel-X full set and I'm very satisfied with the outcome. I had different technicians do my feet and hands and they were both gentle and payed attention to detail. My nail tech, Diana, did an amazing job and was very professional and attentive. The receptionist, Ani, was incredibly kind and welcoming. I came in for a removal and a regular manicure ($32) since I can't keep gel on due to work. I had only gotten Gel X here once, after having strong, natural nails for almost a year. During the removal, I was told my nails were very thin and that the streaks I noticed were not leftover gel, but due to the condition of my nails. This was surprising to hear, especially since my nails were healthy prior to that visit. I also paid for a regular manicure, but my cuticles weren't addressed until I pointed it out my concerns. At that point, I didn't feel comfortable bringing up concerns about the nail shape as well. I kind of feel ripped off, which isn't a nice feeling. I'm not someone who likes to be confrontational, and I usually leave satisfied even if they aren't perfect, but this visit unfortunately left a bad impression. I hope this feedback is helpful, as I do think the team is kind--I just wish they treated me the same when I came in for a removal as when I come in for a mani/pedi gel set.

I came in on a Saturday afternoon and there was only one other client. She was scatterbrained and rushed between the both of us. I would much rather have someone take their time rather than rush to do my nails in 10 min. I got GelX, and she didn't even file my actual nail after putting them on so they're sticking out from the side. Nor did she shave the uneven glue underneath. I was gonna wait for a pedicure but decided not to after seeing the moldy pedicure tubs. She offered to do them quick in 10 mins and I said no thank you lol. This place is not clean. I also got my eyebrows done and they turned out just okay. All for $125. Cash only & they don't tell you until the end. Not impressed, won't be returning.

Cut to 24 hours later and my toe is inflamed, bleeding, oozing, swollen, and extremely painful. I called the shop to let them know what happened. The person put me on hold and as I was waiting, the call got disconnected. I called back 4 more times and got a busy tone (I think they blocked me). I tried one last time and the phone kept ringing without stopping. This is extremely unprofessional, rude, and probably against the law or at the very least against health code. And the fact they couldn't own up to it and just apologize? Icing on the cake of a terrible experience. I will be reporting gross negligence to the Board of Barbering and Cosmetology team.

Everytime I've had a pedicure done here the technicians have been extremely careful and attentive. I've been hurt at other nail salons so now that I've found them, this is the only salon I come to now. Highly recommend. It may not be updated to look swanky but the technicians are great and personally that's better than anything.
