When I went to pick it up I happened to see this backpack that I knew that my son would love. When I showed interest, the people working there said since I did a pick up order I would save an additional 25%. They tried to give me some suggestions on what I could buy since I was thinking about getting something for my daughter. When I told them I just wanted to look around, they let me look in peace. When it came time to purchase they told me I'd save another 10% for signing up for rewards. So I got my original shirts for a great deal, then got my son's backpack and something for my daughter as well for a great deal. I will say that the in store options were limited depending on what your fandom is. But ordering online and picking up was easy and I didn't have to pay for shipping. Plus I got ANOTHER 25% off coupon for a future purchase. Score!

The sales person said she would ask her manager who was at the back of the store. The manager was the rudest I have ever encountered. She walks towards me with the other sales person in tow, who was rolling another mannequin. But I wanted another one in particular because it had a fixture that I could put hats on. So I nicely explained this to the manager and she says no we can't do that, it has clothing on it. You have to take this one. In the most dismissive and RUDE tone. Her refusal was absurd, because the one I wanted had a light cotton dress that could've easily been popped off, the swap could've been made in less than 2 minutes literally. Their mannequin was a dress form. No arms. I was like no thanks, and walked out. Brick and mortar stores need to realize that, now more than ever, in the days of Amazon and Temu, the only thing they have to compete is TOP NOTCH customer service. And if the store's manager treated customers this way, no one needs to wonder why they are closing. I would've given zero stars but the lowest is 1 star.
