I asked to speak with a manager just to make the return because I'm not keeping shoes I can't use. The manager already had attitude when he walked up, told me they won't return them for the same reason, I asked if I brought them back cleaned would they accept them to which he just said he wouldn't but maybe another Marshall's would, I said it was less than 30 days ago that I bought them though I haven't even used them, he gets more attitude and disrespect in his tone telling me they aren't able to resell them. Which they can and also quite frankly isn't my problem anyways. I told him half the shoes that get returned are unsellable though, to which he asked if I wanted to walk over and show him which specific shoes are unsellable. Which is actually extremely crazy and I told him no I don't need to go pick out the individual shoes that I think are unsellable. Creating a completely unnecessary hostile environment for no reason. I walked out because who even talks to people like that over a return. I'm not upset about the return. That's not the issue it's the lack of respect. What kind of manager actually acts this unhinged. Customer service skills are completely lacking here. As someone who's worked retail and management previously. This is extremely unprofessional. This location needs better communication and management skills. I don't know the managers name but he clearly needs to be replaced if he can't do his job correctly or without berating customer. Unreal.

There are these new Cutie Cuffs that are Harry Potter house characters and some other cute characters like Aragog and the Dementor lol. Love these for putting on your backpack and just having it as decoration for universal studios. I hear people use them for decorating their steering wheel which I think is super cute! Anyway, these are blind boxes but the boxes have tiny holes in them so you can get an idea of the color and which character you're getting. Luckily there's only one green for Slytherin so I went on a hunt for it and happily found it here! I'm a Hufflepuff but got the Slytherin for my friend since that's her house. After I got what I needed, I headed over to their pokemon figure section and was a bit disappointed that they basically had none of the new jazwares figures, all old. Could be that they sold out quickly. I also did some shopping in the bath mats and found what I needed. Sadly one of the mats I got was too thin for my liking but will do for now. Overall a nice Target and easy to maneuver. Parking lot is also big, just a little confusing to get out of lol. IG: @ammysalamii

You know the cute green and red paper you wrap your gifts in the boxes with ? Well this store has all sorts of Christmas paper with designs like you'd get if you used those scissors on them with the different cuts. They have Christmas trees on some and on others Santa Claus . We couldn't decide so we got them all. They had a case of old Disney characters and marked them down to $39.99. I did not get any because my daughter was with me and I wanted one for her. I think what I like most about HomeGoods is they give you many, many different choices of items to buy. We bought a bunch of games for our family to play on Christmas Day. Then they had a Christmas scavenger hunt which I bought for my Sunday School kids to have a Christmas party with. They have kitchenware, glassware, pet supplies and gifts, furniture, food, gift baskets, clothes, beddings and they are all marked down. They also have hangers and hampers, plants, games, silverware, this store has it all. One stop shopping. We finally said that we came in for one item and we needed to leave. Lily checked us out. She was so fast! She smiled and welcomed us. Asked if we wanted a charge card and then started ringing us up and talking to us about pleasantries the whole time. We felt welcomed and she is a multitasker! She'd make a great manager. Go here because it is one stop shopping! Merry Christmas!

For one thing, it is a true boutique but with reasonable prices. They have a diverse collection of jewelry, handbags, dresses, tops, sweaters, little amusing accessories and trinkets like decorative notepads and boxes, etc. I took my granddaughter there this weekend and to my surprise found that Francesca's has added a beautiful line of clothes for girls ages 10-14, called Franki. Abby made a beeline to the rack (she already has some Franki pieces in her wardrobe) as she is a budding fashionista. After trying on half a dozen dresses, skirts and tops, we made our selections and found they were 30% off the original affordable prices. Yay! Best of all, the charming lady who took care of us, Lisa, was exceptionally helpful and kind. It was truly a pleasure to have her there picking out things we might have missed. She accurately judged Abby's size and everyone was smiling at the end. And, Francesca's has rebounded nicely from the covid nightmare of the last year. Walking in there again restored our spirits.

The sales person said she would ask her manager who was at the back of the store. The manager was the rudest I have ever encountered. She walks towards me with the other sales person in tow, who was rolling another mannequin. But I wanted another one in particular because it had a fixture that I could put hats on. So I nicely explained this to the manager and she says no we can't do that, it has clothing on it. You have to take this one. In the most dismissive and RUDE tone. Her refusal was absurd, because the one I wanted had a light cotton dress that could've easily been popped off, the swap could've been made in less than 2 minutes literally. Their mannequin was a dress form. No arms. I was like no thanks, and walked out. Brick and mortar stores need to realize that, now more than ever, in the days of Amazon and Temu, the only thing they have to compete is TOP NOTCH customer service. And if the store's manager treated customers this way, no one needs to wonder why they are closing. I would've given zero stars but the lowest is 1 star.
