I'm glad we have a pressed juicer here in Santa Clarita! I have been to the ones in Los Angeles and other surrounding places near Glendale. They serve the greatest ice cream and bowls there and went to try out the new one here in Santa Clarita. Being Santa Clarita, it was expected to be average to below average expectations in comparison to a bigger city and I was correct. One thing that stands out is the customer service. It was on the disappointing side. The attitude of one of the male workers was not good. He had low energy and a boring attitude when I went in to order. While I was asking questions he didn't smile when answering nor cared about his job in general. The ice cream here is well, less than welcoming and quite embarrassing to be honest. After ordering I felt like hiding the ice cream because if other people looked at it, they would think I got scammed with how little I received in the cup. The Pressed Juicery in Los Angeles is generous with portions and toppings. However, the ice cream tasted pretty good for what it was as it is dairy free. But for value, I believe I got screwed. I came and ordered the ice cream here twice and both times was less than appealing. A customer should not feel ashamed when ordering and receiving an order, this pressed juicery made me feel out of place. It didn't feel right, the energy, the quality and quantity of what I ordered was less than the usual. For $8 I could have went to yogurtland instead and got quadruple the portions for a slightly less tasty dessert that is also healthy. The bottles for gut and well being are quite good. I enjoyed the gut health drinks and medium to large sized bottles for well being. Inside it is crammed and the ambiance was claustrophobic in my opinion especially with a line out the door. Overall, I didn't find this pressed juicery to be on the same level as others and am upset with the quality of service here. Whether it's average or below it, it seems every time I walk in, the energy is low. I've been here at least 4 times and sorry to say, I might not come back to this location. Love their selection of juices! My sister and I have come in and done the bundle before, we love starting our day off with a juice in the morning and another in the afternoon or evening. l ate the whole açaí in one sitting. Next thing I know, I'm doing backflips uncontrollably. After o while it finally wore off. I made it home safely and got ready for bed. Next thing I know, I'm waking up in a small bed accommodated for me by the local police department. Police reports said I was seen sleep "walking" (but really sleep backflipping) my way to the local jumpsuit retailer. I got out of the small bed and noticed a glittery, powder blue jumpsuit suffocating my body. Police told me l was singing in a B flat major all night and showed me that they posted the video to Instagram as a joke. It went viral. Next thing I know, I'm getting a call from Mercury Records and after much consideration, l dropped out of college at Mississippi State University to pursue a singing career with Mercury record label (the same one Zayn uses). After my first album, I got sued by Night Street Records for sounding too much like Benson Boone. Mercury released me and no other labels are interested. Now I'm scraping for dimes, with no hopes for my future. The food was great but beware of this potential side effect. read more

It's been awhile since I've been in here as I don't come to the mall as often as I used to. I was running errands around town and decided to do a mobile pickup order via the app, and they had a few rewards for this month going on and decided to use it. I wanted something refreshing but not to sweet so I got the Citrus 1. It was my first time trying this flavor and it was exactly what I wanted. I like how the juices tell you what's in them so you're not guessing. And if you shop online or via the app it gives you a more in-depth break down of the type of vitamins you'll be getting in each juice. Once the lady in front of me finally made up her mind, the friendly cashier helped me with my order that was packed and ready to go. I love pressed juicery, I've been a frequent customer for 10 + years. I was really excited when this location opened in the scv and it has remained so far yay! Great location. Parking is meh, it can get really busy here especially on the weekends. Other then that --- I love the juice cleanses here, I've only done it once but I love how i felt after! My most favorite item here though is the FREEZE. ugh the chocolate one is so good. Even my little nephew loves it. I appreciate that it's sweetened with dates. I've recently been looking at sweetener alternatives so this is a great option. On my recent visit, the customer service was awesome. Great place if you need a detox! Every time I go here I feel so healthy ! Their wide array of juices definitely has me coming back for more. I love how each ingredient is listed right there on the bottle and so easy to read, it just makes your experience so much more authentic and makes you feel good about what you're putting into your body! The store is very clean, minimal, and optimal for what they sell. If you have any questions about any of the juices, their staff are also really well informed and can let you know the best juice to try for your needs/flavor preferences too! I would definitely recommend any of their green juices if you are in the market for a good detox My only con would be their acai bowls. This one was super runny and their acai mix is not frozen/compact at all. It was already soupy by the time we walked out of the door! As a self-proclaimed açaí bowl connoisseur, I can attest that this place has the best açaí bowls in SCV, hands down. A nice ratio of açaí to the toppings and the açaí has great flavor and firmness. An amazing healthy treat vegan with no processed sugar the freeze cup of course. Lots fresh juices, shots, all made with natural sugar from the foods. When you want frozen yogurt but not eating dairy and don't want added sugars this is the place. Nice friendly staff and employee Morgan was so helpful with all my questions. It is a regular spot for me and my family. It is nice that my young daughters enjoy this treat more than the frozen yogurt spots. MANAGEMENT: Love pressed but please please PLEASE get more employees, especially for the samples and especially in the morning. Some customers take way too long and some of the employees are too slow to keep up (not the employees fault, I would get burnt out too). It takes me thirty minutes just to get one juice some times because people are trying to figure out what they want, taste samples, but multiple drinks, etc and it's kind of frustrating for the customer especially if I'm in a hurry. Absolutely HORRIBLE service today at the Valencia town center mall. Girl with black hair/blond streaks was very rude to me, and kept cutting my conversation short if I asked a question on my freeze. She kept trying to give us way less then the large cup allowed saying "the machine is frozen, and it comes out too slow"....I told her I absolutely didn't want the ones she made as there was hardly anything in the cups. Our order was for 4 large cups of the freeze. The other girl there "blonde" her cups were full as they should be. I pointed this out to the girl with black hair/blonde streaks. I was very close to canceling the entire transaction when she saw I was getting upset, and started to fill the large cups up at that point as they "should be"... I definitely DO NOT recommend this location as the service is terrible as mentioned. Also wanted to point out I had points to use, and the girl there refused to let me use my points stating "you are already getting a good enough deal" ???? Wtf??? Try the Topanga mall location as the employees are way nicer as well, and they give you what you pay for. Avoid Valencia Town Center mall. read more

Juice cleanses allow you to hit the reset button on your health. I try to do one every quarter at the minimum. Pressed juicery makes that possible with my busy schedule. But be warned, it's not for the faint hearted. Day 3 is when you start to question your decisions. But keep pushing through. It's totally worth it. read more

I've only slightly ventured into the juices but Greens 2 is good for green juice beginners and their shots are great. Highly recommend the Elderberry when battling a sickness! Walked in and was completely ignored. The line was out the door and the store associate held a long full on conversation with one customer as if no one was standing in line.
