And maybe a smoothie that helps reduce inflammation so I can feel like a healthy glowing goddess. The shop is small but clean and cozy. There's a counter along the front window with a few seats -- it was raining outside, so we decided to sit and enjoy our açaí bowl and smoothies before heading to work. Rain + smoothie time = peaceful life. It wasn't busy when we arrived, so our order came out super fast. Service was good -- the staff were friendly and smiley. Not super chatty or recommending things, but that's okay, because I was already busy studying the menu like it was a mystery novel. I ordered the Raspberry Craze smoothie and a Berries Açaí Bowl -- both were yummy and refreshing. Then I spotted these turmeric pineapple probiotic shots in the fridge (hello Vitamin C ), so of course I took a couple bottles home. They tasted like sunshine in tiny form. I also got the Avocado Everything Toast -- and it was delicious! The avocado wasn't chunky like freshly cut avocado. It was more like a smooth puree (probably from a packet), but honestly still yummy. The bread tasted like sourdough -- crispy on the edges, soft in the middle. My toast had personality. Running errands or want something light and delicious? This is the spot. Came across it randomly after a park visit with kids. The inside was painted with vibrant colors and organized in welcoming manner. Right as you enter; the counter is in front, a bench to sit on the left, and the right side has merchandise. I was automatically greeted and given a few minutes to look over the menu which had a variety of options, including juices and acai bowls. My "the turmeric" and "strawberry wave" were made within in a few minutes. The turmeric had a subtle flavor with the banana, carrot, and turmeric taking center focus. Since it was a specialty smoothie, only a medium or large option is available. So just heed what is noted on the menu, underneath the categories. I'll definitely be coming back to have another smoothie and try their acai bowls. I will say it's not much of a sit down spot. More so grab and go. read more

I've been coming here for quite some time now and it's honestly my go to smoothie spot, especially this location since it's near where I run errands + on my way home. They have a variety of options to chose from smoothies, juices, shots and bowls. I have only ever gotten the smoothies, the raspberry craze, strawberry wave and mango mania are my top 3 to get as well as the acai one. But I'll try new flavors when they come out as well, esp when they have a buy one get one or money off within the rewards app. I also tend to do a lot of mobile orders as it's easy and convenient, esp when I don't plan on grabbing it asap I have the option to say when I wanna pickup. Just note on the app it'll sometimes say they aren't taking mobile orders for whatever reason, but they still will take walk in orders. I've done it before you just have to wait a little longer for your drinks depending on how busy they are. Also I do wanna note since my last review they have gotten better at acknowledging you when you walk in even if they are busy. I am a slow as molasses schmuck! Been a customer at this great Juice, Açaí and health bar for 5 years. This is a 5 Star plus establishment in every category, area and department. 1) The quality of the produce and ingredients is top of the line and the best. You taste and feel the difference with the first sip of any juice and spoon from any açaí bowl. I have not tasted a juice this good anywhere in the US. 2) Their entire staff trickling down from the owners Joe and his wife Eunice take extra pains to ensure that the order is perfect and meets your satisfaction every single time. They ask and they really care. Very courteous, professional and fantastic and focused multitaskers. The staff is very efficient and even when the line is 5 deep they greet everyone individually and take care of business. 3) The store is immaculate. Their COVID protocol was spot on. They are super careful with gloves and constant cleaning. 4) The app is great and the check out through Level Up is efficient and instant. Good rewards program that gives you $5 every $50 spent. 5) Love the owners. My son ( wheatgrass and ginger shots) has been a customer here for 7 years. He introduced me to the previous owner Rafi who is now back in the Chiropractic world healing us in another way. Rafi and I have a couple of photos on Yelp from 2017. Inviting, and friendly staff. I got the extreme acai bowl and added strawberries and goji berries added extra on top. It's not the best bowl I've had and certainly not the worst but I don't know that I would come back and get it again. The smoothie part of the bowl itself was too sweet for my liking. I did notice they used a lot of juice in the bases of the smoothies instead of fresh fruit which tends to make them sweeter. 10000% worst smoothie spot in SCV drive across the street to Boba time they are the best! My husband ordered my usual green smoothie and brings it home.. it's so terrible I can't drink it he tells me they kept adding water to it and he thought it was strange! I drive back there and some kid has my same drink made correctly (as I've ordered this legit 100s of times)! The drink my husband brought home was sewer green and undrinkable the one that was made was light green!
