When I got to the cashier I ordered my multiple smoothies then paid. I could see the line building as the two gentlemen were making my order. While I waited, I remembered I had a coupon.. Eek. I felt terrible but it was buy one get one, so I felt as though I needed to speak up. When I did, Joshua was quick to assist me with my cash back. He also advised his co-worker to hand write and begin making drinks for the next in line. Joshua didn't skip a beat and was very patient with me during my fumble. I went in here because of the good Yelp Reviews and thought I would give it a try but I was highly disappointed. I had heard good online about the ginger shot and thought I would take one home to try. I mentioned to the man working that my order was to go. After they made the shot it was handed to me on a plate with a napkin. When the guy handed it to me half of the shot was poured out onto the plate. I reminded him that my order was to go and if he could please give me something with a lid so I could take it home. The employee did not seem happy about my request but did it anyways. When you are paying almost $9.00 for a drink, I expect it to get something worth $9.00. We ended up throwing our drinks away. I have now learned my lesson, if I cannot make it back to the Juice it Up in Canyon Country for a drink, I will not try to substitute. I would rather do without then to waste my time and money. Disappointed! I visit the one in Valencia frequently. (2-3 week) Was in the Canyon Country area and stopped in this location for an immunizer. OK, the worker was friendly and fast, but the place is not clean. If I were alone, I would have left without ordering, but was not alone. Counter not clean. Sign with brown (dirty) rolled up tape around it. Ick! Disgusting amounts of dirt on the tiles, grout, and electrical outlet. This is not dirt from being busy one morning and not cleaning. This was the brown of not being scrubbed in a while. The plastic pitchers are stained and nasty. The cherry on the cake was when I worker walked out from the back in this totally wrinkled t-shirt. Just gave me an uneasy feeling all around. I assume these are owned by the same people as the one on Copper Hill/Smyth. Not sure why this one is so dirty. Staff was friendly. We were the only group in there, so they were prompt. Won't return to this location - will stick to the one on Copper Hill. read more

This has become my favorite Juice it Up location of all time and a personal go-to spot daily. The customer service is excellent, friendly and before long you feel like family. I love that they're great at remembering faces and becoming familiar with their customers. So I love their smoothies just as much as I love visiting the staff. I usually order a Protein Blast or Strawberry Wave for my son as well as my favorite Pitaya Passion Bowl, all of which are delicious and literally give me life. I've been coming here for several years and always got the raw juice, which is AH... MAZING, while my kids order their smoothies. Recently my daughters and I have ventured into getting Acai Bowls and am pretty certain it's the best thing that's ever happened to us. This is the best place for smoothies and fresh squeezed juice! It's even better since they got the raw juice bar. So healthy and delicious! The prices are very fair. The staff is really friendly and fun. They not only remember my name but also what drink I like. I've been experimenting with different items on the menu. My current favorite is the Mayan bowl (chocolate milk, peanut butter, banana- who could ask for more!). For some reason, their wheat grass tastes better than other smoothie shops. They also make ginger shots that are delicious. They have a secret menu with a lot of awesome drinks. If you tell them what type of drink you like, they will make it special just for you.
