My husband ordered my usual green smoothie and brings it home.. it's so terrible I can't drink it he tells me they kept adding water to it and he thought it was strange! I drive back there and some kid has my same drink made correctly (as I've ordered this legit 100s of times)! The drink my husband brought home was sewer green and undrinkable the one that was made was light green! I'm so uncomfortable with the whole situation as the kid had a disgusting attitude on the phone and a nasty smirk on his face when I walked in.. Asked for my money back and they don't know how to issue a return? Seriously all around horrible customer service. I have to drive back again at 3 to get my money back for my $9 drink! I had a fairly tall order this morning... 6 smoothies, to keep my team motivated at the office. With an order like that I was already a bit frazzled. When I got to the cashier I ordered my multiple smoothies then paid. I could see the line building as the two gentlemen were making my order. While I waited, I remembered I had a coupon.. Eek. I felt terrible but it was buy one get one, so I felt as though I needed to speak up. When I did, Joshua was quick to assist me with my cash back. He also advised his co-worker to hand write and begin making drinks for the next in line. Joshua didn't skip a beat and was very patient with me during my fumble. This has become my favorite Juice it Up location of all time and a personal go-to spot daily. The customer service is excellent, friendly and before long you feel like family. I love that they're great at remembering faces and becoming familiar with their customers. So I love their smoothies just as much as I love visiting the staff. I usually order a Protein Blast or Strawberry Wave for my son as well as my favorite Pitaya Passion Bowl, all of which are delicious and literally give me life. I went in here because of the good Yelp Reviews and thought I would give it a try but I was highly disappointed. I had heard good online about the ginger shot and thought I would take one home to try. I mentioned to the man working that my order was to go. After they made the shot it was handed to me on a plate with a napkin. When the guy handed it to me half of the shot was poured out onto the plate. I reminded him that my order was to go and if he could please give me something with a lid so I could take it home. The employee did not seem happy about my request but did it anyways. Recently my daughters and I have ventured into getting Acai Bowls and am pretty certain it's the best thing that's ever happened to us. The staff is really friendly and fun. They not only remember my name but also what drink I like. I've been experimenting with different items on the menu. My current favorite is the Mayan bowl (chocolate milk, peanut butter, banana- who could ask for more!). For some reason, their wheat grass tastes better than other smoothie shops. They also make ginger shots that are delicious. They have a secret menu with a lot of awesome drinks. If you tell them what type of drink you like, they will make it special just for you.
