We were standing there for three minutes with no greeting. Her back towards us the entire time. No eye contact. No "I'll be right with you in a moment", nothing. Silence. I'd like to mention that there were No other customers in the establishment. The service was so bad that my bf had to ask if she was good. Her only reply and acknowledgement to us was "yes, Give me a minute". We waited and ended up leaving without spending a dime due to her rude behavior. When establishments, especially small mom and pops shops, hire employees like this it really hurts the business. I wouldn't go there ever again. Etiquette exists and unfortunately she failed in good customer service etiquette. The service is an abomination.

LACKING BRAINCELLS..!…read more i ordered a simple large watermelon cloud smoothie through their offical jamba app and walked in a few minutes afterwards and said i had a mobile order and gave my name. the guy gave a weird look and said they didn't have anything yet so i said i just ordered it and he mentioned it might take a few minutes so i showed i'm my phone that it was one smoothie and he said "no problem ill start making it" then a few minutes later he changes his mind and tone with me saying he can't give away anything without it coming through their system. i understand it might take a few mins to register on their end but if it's not showing up and im showing him proof that i paid for it in the app. i even checked my bank and i was charged too. i was just confused why he was acting this way now so i tried asking but he interrupted me and said i was yelling at him and waving my phone when i was calm and simply trying to understand why they haven't gotten my order. he was the one raising his voice at me at this point so i decided to walk out of the store for 5-7 mins and sit in my car waiting for the order to pop up. when i came back in i asked if they got it yet and he said no. so he wasn't going to give me my smoothie i paid for and so i asked for his name then started getting more of an attitude with me saying i don't need to know his name. ( PLEASE WEAR NAME TAGS!) he walks away saying he's calling the manager because ITS MY FAULT that they didn't get my order. make that make sense?! i've never had this happen before and eventually without saying anything he makes me my smoothie and said "we close in 2 minutes so i don't care anymore" then proceeded to keep yelling at me until i got in my car i looked and he was still yelling. i said " im surprised you have a job" before walking out which might have triggered him more but that's what happens when you treat customers this way. i literally will never go to another jamba juice ever again since this is the type of people they employ. YIKESSS

I found this little gem by searching for an organic food place. The first time I came, I wasn't…read morefeeling well, so I ordered an organic detox juice. I had somewhere to be that day, so I did not eat. I came back again with a friend and noticed the table next to me and their food order. Turned out to be a shredded chicken salad and the most amazing- looking Belgian waffles with house made chocolate syrup and whipped cream. It also comes with ice cream if you care to splurge on calories and sugar. Upon the recommendation of that Customer, I duplicated her order and hands-down they have the best Belgian waffles I've ever tried...and I've tried many. It's a little extra something in the batter that results in the waffle texture being tender, slightly cakey, and slightly Belgian waffle. Combined with the house-made chocolate syrup and whip, wow! Makes it difficult not to go and order them every day! By the way, the waffles do come with syrup also if that's your preference. But I didn't use the syrup. The chicken chop salad was good as well and filling! I ordered mine with lemon vinaigrette and it was delicious. I appreciate that everything is organic for the most part and that they try their best to source clean ingredients for all of their recipes. Most restaurants go the cheap route and serve "Round-up" sprayed food products. The US testing that was done on the restaurant food supply is alarming! Since that first sit-in visit, I returned for the Belgian waffles and this time I tried the steak sandwich which is made with tri-tip beef. The beef was tender and delicious and I believe there was a chimichurri sauce on the bread. A ciabatta roll...a star on its own, as it was so pillowy in texture and delicious ...and I'm not even a big bread person. Now for the service...A+. The woman who runs it provides top-notch customer service! She is also responsible for some of the delicious treats including the Belgian waffles, (her recipe) We chatted with her and she really provides a warm welcoming atmosphere. I can tell she cares about food quality, and also her customers. There are some here complaining about the price. Personally, I will pay a few dollars more for organic and clean ingredients if the food is good and also filling. This place checks the box based on what I've tried thus far. I plan to be a regular. Oh, and I can't forget we tried a detox warm tea. It was good! Ginger, tumeric, lemon and orange peels and some other ingredients. Really delicious tea!

This is my favorite place for fresh squeezed juice. All of the juices here are delicious and so fresh. If you have a favorite fruit or vegetable they will even make a custom juice for you based on that. I've even had them put peanut butter in my juice! Surprisingly delicious! The guys here are very friendly and always remember my favorites. The owner is really laid back and makes you feel so welcome and appreciated. He might even tell you some jokes while you're waiting. They're fast too! I've walked in to find a long line and still walk out with my drink within 5 minutes. The pretzels are to die for! So soft and fresh. Sometimes I literally go there just for a pretzel. So delicious! Go there and try a drink or a pretzel or a cookie. They have healthy drinks and yummy snacks. I've recently started coming here since the Valencia location changed management. These guys are so much friendlier. When the owner is there, I sometimes finish my drink before I even leave because we're chatting the whole time. He makes delicious drinks and seems to enjoy interacting with the customers. All of the drinks here are good. I especially like the raw juices. That's another advantage over the Valencia location who doesn't serve as many juice flavors. I just found out about the secret menu which has some drinks that sound pretty good. The prices here are really reasonable. I can basically get a full meal- either juice, smoothie, pretzel, or other treat for way under $10. And healthy too! I'm so happy this place is here. read more
