The staff are so sweet and helpful. The base was super thick and scoopable, just like classic Brazilian style açaí. This place is so amazing and I'm happy to hear they also have a Granada hills location I'll be checking out! The shop is located inside the Valencia town center which is an indoor mall. It has super high ceilings and very clean but a bit of a mission including parking and actually locating the açaí shop if you're in a time crunch. I'm a fan of this spot! Will be adding this to my list of mouthwatering açaí.

It's made with high quality, pure and organic ingredients that mimic Erewhon's commitment to luxury goods. It's perfect for someone that's allergic to dairy or gluten (myself and my family) as many of the items are gluten free and vegan! My go-to is the Coconut Cloud or the Strawberry Cream; it takes roughly 10-15 minutes for my order to be ready and picked up. This "restaurant" is located inside the SCV Hub Virtual Food Hall, which is a very modern, unique concept of housing more than a dozen restaurants all under one roof. Upon arrival, you will find a very simple storefront, with a few kiosks for ordering, QR codes for menus, and a few staff members to help assist and direct you with the help of a few prompts. After look by over the menu, I decided to go with the Strawberry Cream Bowl. Focused on being "Heart Healthy," this bowl utilizes simple, plant-based, organic ingredients all with compost-friendly containers. The Strawberry Cream Bowl has: Strawberries, beetroot, banana, house-made coconut cream, lemon juice, gluten-free house-made granola, house-ground peanut butter, pumpkin seeds, hemp hearts, chia seeds, flax seeds, coconut, cinnamon, agave nectar, pink salt, and other seasonal fruits. About 5 minutes later, a gentlemen appeared out of the back kitchen and called my name, which from the packaging was "Strawberry Cream Randy." The packaging was presented well, complete with all the sustainable container solutions that I appreciate. The bowl itself was outstanding. Colorful, packed with ingredients and a ton of flavor. The consistency is blended so smooth, into an almost-yogurt like texture, allowing all of the flavors to mesh well on the palette. I was very impressed with the quality as well as the presentation. The pricing was probably $1-2 higher than an average bowl of this size, however, I thought this tasted much more natural and had more ingredients. I recommend Blossoms for a quick and healthy start to the morning, in between workouts or for a tasty treat on the go. They also have smoothies, toasts, brownies, teas and superfood lattes, which look like they're a packed full of healthy ingredients. Everything is homemade, vegan, organic and delicious. Check them out as well as the other restaurants within the SCV Hub Virtual Food Hall and support your local small businesses.

LACKING BRAINCELLS..!…read more i ordered a simple large watermelon cloud smoothie through their offical jamba app and walked in a few minutes afterwards and said i had a mobile order and gave my name. the guy gave a weird look and said they didn't have anything yet so i said i just ordered it and he mentioned it might take a few minutes so i showed i'm my phone that it was one smoothie and he said "no problem ill start making it" then a few minutes later he changes his mind and tone with me saying he can't give away anything without it coming through their system. i understand it might take a few mins to register on their end but if it's not showing up and im showing him proof that i paid for it in the app. i even checked my bank and i was charged too. i was just confused why he was acting this way now so i tried asking but he interrupted me and said i was yelling at him and waving my phone when i was calm and simply trying to understand why they haven't gotten my order. he was the one raising his voice at me at this point so i decided to walk out of the store for 5-7 mins and sit in my car waiting for the order to pop up. when i came back in i asked if they got it yet and he said no. so he wasn't going to give me my smoothie i paid for and so i asked for his name then started getting more of an attitude with me saying i don't need to know his name. ( PLEASE WEAR NAME TAGS!) he walks away saying he's calling the manager because ITS MY FAULT that they didn't get my order. make that make sense?! i've never had this happen before and eventually without saying anything he makes me my smoothie and said "we close in 2 minutes so i don't care anymore" then proceeded to keep yelling at me until i got in my car i looked and he was still yelling. i said " im surprised you have a job" before walking out which might have triggered him more but that's what happens when you treat customers this way. i literally will never go to another jamba juice ever again since this is the type of people they employ. YIKESSS
