Stubby's is a casual counter order then sit down restaurant hidden in the seaport. They had lots of sandwich, wrap, soup, and combo options to chose from. I try the fried chicken caesar wrap and it was great! The fried chicken was crispy, perfect amount of sauce, and loved the crunch of the croutons. Only downside was it was a bit small for its price but makes sense given its a seaport establishment. I also got a small side of fries which was solid. Service was pretty nice and fast!

Perfect option if you're looking for a quick lunch or dinner. Love the buffalo chicken wrap. Service is friendly and pretty efficient. Place itself is pretty tiny - only a handful of tables, but location is just a block from the harbor so nice to grab food and head over and enjoy water views in the Summer. Highly recommend for a quick bite if you're in the area.

Delicious food and great vibes near the Seaport! The fish and chips were perfectly crispy, and the tartar sauce was spot on. The clam chowder was rich and flavorful--especially tasty with the crackers. The two gentlemen behind the counter were welcoming and friendly. Joel was kind enough to share some local tips, and I'm excited to check out the spots he recommended. Casual, laid-back atmosphere makes this a great find! I'd go here again.

I'm a burger fanatic and I can say this is an extremely good burger spot. The restaurant is always cleaning and it's around the corner from seaport nightlife. It's open late and the staff are SO NICE. The food is always hot and freshly made. Ample seating as well. Perfect late night snack. I was able to snag street parking across the street and it was after hours so there was no parking charge. I always get the waffle fries although there's a small up-charge. The biggest perk is how FAST they are. I urge everyone to try this once and they'll be hooked.

Had a hot dog there - amazing! The bread was toasted and crispy, and the mustard and hot sauce at the self service counter were flavorful and yummy! A really satisfying hot dog for a quick stop before dinner. It's located in Seaport. A little pricey for simple stuff like hot dogs and grilled cheese but the food itself was very high quality for what it was Friendly service too

Good place to get some good quick eats. Ordered the steak and cheese which was well made and tasty. I like the softness of the bread with a slight crunch and the steak flavor. It was a good size to fill me up. Restaurant is clean a with ample seating and fast service.

This is the perfect late-night snack spot after a night out since it's open late Thursdays through Saturdays. I ended up getting a simple grilled cheese. It was good - melted American cheese and buttery soft bread. I would be interested in coming back during the day to try their lunch options.

A good-enough place to grab lunch while spending the weekend downtown. A friend and I landed here while attending PAX East. The long walk from the convention center helped ensure no lines. I enjoyed my fried cod sandwich - possibly frozen, but not for too long - and the fresh fries that came with it were a delight. My friend complained about his cheeseburger. It was just a little basic for his expectations. But the waffle fries were superior to the singles I got. I wouldn't hesitate to stop here again. The menu is full of burgers and they have an Impossible option. That said, Stubbys isn't going to be the highlight of your day either.

Mouth-watering menu, lots to order for a rapid food fix, I decided on the grilled cheese and a little disappointed. Cheese tasted somewhere between velveeta and American and was alarmingly food colored. Bread was nicely toasted and buttery though. I'll be back to explore other options for sure.

This place was fire. Workers were awesome and gave us good suggestions. Open late, it was the perfect place to go during my boston trip.. so we came here twice. Wings were delicious, kind of huge with the perfect amount of sauce. Their fries were very.. potato-ey.. if you know what I mean, while their waffle fries were crispy and seasoned! My friend ordered their jerk chicken burger and loved it. The fish and chips were amazing as well! Decent amount of seating as well and food comes out quick, definitely the place to go for a quick late night bite.

I love their pound cake with lemon frosting. Their coffee is good, too...so is their service. I am also glad they are open late. :-)

She was so excited when she found Cafe Bonjour because they had several gluten-free options on the menu. We took an Uber there right after we landed and were able to walk right in and get a table when they opened, which worked out perfectly because the place started to fill up! It's a cute little spot with plenty of seating inside, and they also had a nice outdoor parklet that would be great in good weather. We asked to sit at the bar so we could watch the cooks in action, which was really fun. The menu had all the classic breakfast favorites like eggs and French toast, along with some lunch options like hamburgers and chicken wraps. The staff was very friendly and attentive. My wife ordered the gluten-free eggs benedict and absolutely loved it. I had the Bonjour omelet, and it was delicious. Every search for…read morebreakfast spots mentioned Mike & Patty's as a must stop for the best breakfast sandwich you're going to get anywhere. Enough said! I'm a huge breakfast fanatic, especially a good breakfast sandwich or burrito. This is the original location that was started by two friends and has grown to multiple other locations since. We took an Uber here from our hotel. I imagine if you drive over here, parking will be a challenge. It's almost easy to miss. It sits on a corner of a brick building with just writing on the windows. In all my research I did not catch that it is the smallest restaurant in Boston at only 175 square feet. It's basically a room with most of the space taken by the tiny kitchen. There's also a little tiny ledge on the window with a couple of stools for those who may want to dine in. Customers including us took turns walking in and putting in our orders and then stepping out to make room for more people. It had a steady line the whole time we were there. Hours are limited from 7:30-2 so don't delay. Customer service was straight business, kind of the norm in Boston. Their menu is breakfast sandwiches, a couple of burritos and some lunch options like a turkey sandwich, BLT, or a Rueben. For sides, they have hashbrowns or a plain English muffin. For a small menu, they do have quite a few drink options like coffee, tea, juices, and different flavored milks including banana milk which I have never seen. For their food, they use high quality ingredients from local farms and purveyors and have their own bakery for their bread. My eyes fixated on the Breakfast Grilled Crack mainly for the name, but also all the ingredients looked tasty. It was quality eggs, bacon, four cheeses on sourdough bread. I went extra and added sausage to it as well. I also got OJ to wash it down. We realized our only option to eat comfortably was to go back to our hotel lobby to eat. Even with the travel time, the sandwich was nice and warm and the bread was still nice and crispy from the griddle. This sandwich was indeed one of the best breakfast sandwiches I have ever had. I almost felt guilty eating it because of how rich and cheesy it was. I would skip the hash brown next time. It did not travel well nor did it have anything special going on with it. Hands down one of my favorite meals of the trip that I would absolutely do again if I am in the area.

There were only 2 of us, but we couldn't decide what to order so we got 4 items. The short rib grilled cheese was great, not too fatty (which I prefer). The fries were also good. The lobster sliders were a little too wet for us, but paired well with the fries. We underestimated the size of the salad, but it was a solid salad. My friend really enjoyed the banana bourbon French toast and she's someone that doesn't have a sweet tooth. She really liked the caramelized parts, reminded her of taffy. The French toast was absolutely outstanding!! Easily one of the best I've ever had. Perfectly cooked, rich, and flavorful, it's a must-order and alone makes this place worth visiting. The huevos rancheros were decent, but not quite at the same level. They felt a bit less authentic than expected, and the hot sauce option was limited to Tabasco. I think a more traditional, homemade Mexican-style salsa would have elevated the dish significantly and made it shine. Because of that, I'm giving North Street Grille 4 stars. The French toast is phenomenal, and with a little more attention to authenticity on certain savory dishes, this spot could easily be a 5-star brunch destination. I'd definitely come back! Especially for the French toast.
