Stubby's is a casual counter order then sit down restaurant hidden in the seaport. They had lots of sandwich, wrap, soup, and combo options to chose from. I try the fried chicken caesar wrap and it was great! The fried chicken was crispy, perfect amount of sauce, and loved the crunch of the croutons. Only downside was it was a bit small for its price but makes sense given its a seaport establishment. I also got a small side of fries which was solid. Service was pretty nice and fast!

Delicious food and great vibes near the Seaport! The fish and chips were perfectly crispy, and the tartar sauce was spot on. The clam chowder was rich and flavorful--especially tasty with the crackers. The two gentlemen behind the counter were welcoming and friendly. Joel was kind enough to share some local tips, and I'm excited to check out the spots he recommended. Casual, laid-back atmosphere makes this a great find! I'd go here again.

Cool spot. Fast service and a good selection. I love that they're open late. I had the jerk chicken sandwich and onion rings. The sandwich initial had good flavor. Saucy and very spicy. But the chicken was a little dry and slightly undercooked in the midldle. I give it a 3.7 for flavor but a 3.0 for chicken quality. The onion rings were pretty good. Very crunchy and hot! I burned the roof of my mouth! My fault, cuz I was hungry and was impatient. I was going to give those a 4 out of 5, but one ring I bit into was filled with the dry powder batter, so I'm saying 3.5. Overall experience was a 3.5. I would try it again at a different hour and different menu selection. My wife and son had the starch Chianti's and give it a 3.5 overall. We spent around $66 on 3 sandwiches, 3 sides and 2 drinks. A little pricy, but it is the Seaport area, so I get it. I just the chicken was a little fresher and more thoroughly cooked. The vibe is cool, especially for late night eating or a quick bite if you've been shopping or headed to a show and need something solid, but fast. I give it a 4.0 for ambiance.

I'm a burger fanatic and I can say this is an extremely good burger spot. The restaurant is always cleaning and it's around the corner from seaport nightlife. It's open late and the staff are SO NICE. The food is always hot and freshly made. Ample seating as well. Perfect late night snack. I was able to snag street parking across the street and it was after hours so there was no parking charge. I always get the waffle fries although there's a small up-charge. The biggest perk is how FAST they are. I urge everyone to try this once and they'll be hooked.

Perfect option if you're looking for a quick lunch or dinner. Love the buffalo chicken wrap. Service is friendly and pretty efficient. Place itself is pretty tiny - only a handful of tables, but location is just a block from the harbor so nice to grab food and head over and enjoy water views in the Summer. Highly recommend for a quick bite if you're in the area.

Had a hot dog there - amazing! The bread was toasted and crispy, and the mustard and hot sauce at the self service counter were flavorful and yummy! A really satisfying hot dog for a quick stop before dinner. It's located in Seaport. A little pricey for simple stuff like hot dogs and grilled cheese but the food itself was very high quality for what it was Friendly service too

Good place to get some good quick eats. Ordered the steak and cheese which was well made and tasty. I like the softness of the bread with a slight crunch and the steak flavor. It was a good size to fill me up. Restaurant is clean a with ample seating and fast service.

A good-enough place to grab lunch while spending the weekend downtown. A friend and I landed here while attending PAX East. The long walk from the convention center helped ensure no lines. I enjoyed my fried cod sandwich - possibly frozen, but not for too long - and the fresh fries that came with it were a delight. My friend complained about his cheeseburger. It was just a little basic for his expectations. But the waffle fries were superior to the singles I got. I wouldn't hesitate to stop here again. The menu is full of burgers and they have an Impossible option. That said, Stubbys isn't going to be the highlight of your day either.

The smell of bacon was too good to keep moving past it and we decided to head inside. Best happy accident!! Any place that has staff wearing shirts that say "Stoked for yolks" and has an array of pig decor- jackpot! The small menu was deliciously stacked with breakfast and lunch options; the griddle was sizzling, there's a drink fridge, and a spot to stand and consume. My husband got a turkey and I did a ruby melt; SO GOOD! I perused the menu, and the breakfast options all looked incredible! If you find yourself on this end of Tremont and you smell amazing bacon, follow your nose to Mike and Patty's - you will not be disappointed! Also, staff was super friendly! There's a small park with shaded benches about 2 blocks away (Elliot Norton Park) which is a great place to sit down and devour the food. I ordered the Mission Breakfast Burrito and it was delicious. As of August 2026, the website lists the burrito as $14, but the price on the in-person menu was $16. I would give the burrito 4 out of 5 stars because of the way it was wrapped - about a third of the burrito was just egg and cheese and the toppings (avocado, red onion, hash browns, salsa verde, crema) were crammed on the other side of the burrito. If there was a way for the burrito to be wrapped so all the ingredients were more evenly distributed - this would easily be a 5/5 breakfast burrito. One random detail that stuck out to me was that their drinks in their refrigerator were very cold - no lukewarm sodas here! I would come back here to try their signature "Fancy" sandwich. Overall, this is a very solid breakfast spot in Boston!

I absolutely love sweet and savory, so I am a big fan of their chicken and waffles. The chicken was crisp and moist at the same time! If you're like me, I think you would really enjoy this one. Have brought vegan and gluten-free friends here, who had lovely meals as well. First of all, the pastry case just beautifully displays all the baked goods. It's quite a sight to see! I love the variety and flavors, very unique. If you know what you want, gotta get in line and grab it quick! If you wanna put in your own order, you can use the kiosk, which is really fun to use. I ordered a chai with oat milk (it's very light in flavor) and got a bialy. Honestly I had not had a bialy in over 25+ years... and was surprised to see it in the case and I had to have it. A corn + cheddar bialy. It did NOT disappoint. I also got london fog with oat milk previously, also very nice, but this place was soooo good we had to come back. My daughter loves pop tarts so when she saw it in the case, she got a blueberry pop tart and said it was very flakey and the jam was very jamful. It was the-last-one, even had the sign stuck in it!!
