Fanny has helped me with thousands of kitchens and bathrooms over the 10+ years that our company has done business with them. A phone call is all it takes to go over the infrequent issues that may arise. I would have to say after the several thousand transactions I have done, the eight or nine times I've had to call because of an error has been handled quickly and satisfactorily. And that's to say nothing of the 20 cases I've had to call because of an error on my part that Fanny has handled these gracefully and quickly as well. We have used pretty much all of their products and would recommend everything they have to offer. I had arental that I had put kitchen cabinets in and after 10 years, I was surprised to find that I only needed to clean the cabinets not to completely replace or rebuild them! The cabinets are 100% wood with no particleboard! They hold up well and are very moderately priced for what you get. Both of them were very easy to work with and handled everything for me in an organized manner. ADU specs include a large kitchen featuring a variety of full size appliances, lots of storage in the cabinets, and an island in the kitchen that will provide a lot of additional counter space. Stacked washer/dryer is located near the kitchen for easy access by tenants. The bedroom is good sized with ample storage in the closet. The unit is very bright and open. The exterior of the unit is very modern and sophisticated in color. It's understated and does not look like it has been over-accessorized. This will be used as an investment property and I'm very happy with how the unit turned out. Anna, Olga and the rest of the A+ team were great to work with and I have no complaints at all.

It's not huge, but has plenty of room to move. The full kitchen is complete with plenty of cabinet space and room for all full-size appliances. The additional space for a washer and dryer was also a wonderful addition. One of the main items I wanted to complete with the new space was to bring in plenty of natural light. The numerous windows complete the simple yet very functional new space. My team consisted of Alana who handled permits, Anna who was my project manager, and Nick who was my construction manager. They were all great to work with, always returned my calls and emails and answered any of my questions along the way. There are a million decisions when you are building something from scratch. It was so appreciated that there was someone to explain things to me and make decisions with me along the way to help make it less stressful. And the full internal framing replacement of 3 windows, insulation and drywall. Project crew was great, and professional. Being here was several weeks, I worked from hime to let them have access to the backyard and inside the house for their needed repairs. They all worked without issue and concern, and provided necessary updates when available. Communication with the city for permits was at issue at first, and an initial inspection was missed. As myself and the team weren't aware it was taking place at that specific time. 2nd inspection, the inspector was several hrs late and made the contractors wait all day, and no work could get done that day. Inspections after were good. Only issues I noted were a number of nails left out in my yard, all in the same area vicinity. Where my dog also goes out to walk, so that was a little concern. But there was nothing else that occured, and clean up for was good before and after. Total work - $18k+
