We've had multiple problems after construction, and they are always slow to respond, IF they respond. Currently there is a problem in the ceiling where they installed the AC. Its leaking somewhere, and causing bubbling and dripping in the living room. I contacted the service manager and I called the store first thing yesterday. Didnt hear from anyone all day, SO before close of business I called THEM. WAS told Bill and Ryan would be handling it personally. STILL havent heard from anyone and its the middle of summer, cant use the AC. RIDICULOUS. SO turns out the celing leak was my own stupid fault. STILL stand by what I said. AFTER contacting the office this morning at open of business, no one was available to talk to me. So I contacted another contractor, who was able to come out IMMEDIATELY even though I had no previous relationship with them. (Bell Brothers) I FINALLY received a call back from Reliable at 1130am, saying they would have someone out after 4pm, and they did. Sergay(?sp?) did a marvelous job of diagnosing the problem AND of providing a temporary solution. HOWEVER I have no plans on contacting Reliable in the future, for anything, and I'm guessing they'll be as happy about it as I am.

John provided a bid with a complete breakdown of project tasks and included materials which left no questions on our end. He provided info on where to get our bath products, tile and countertops and said it would take about 2 weeks to complete. ("yeah...right" I thought to myself). It took 2 weeks and a day (including shower glass installation)! From day one, they would show up at 8 am sharp, wait for the entire crew to arrive before knocking, and work straight through till 5pm. They were clean, courteous and meticulous in their workmanship. John would let me know what would occur over the next couple of days which was great as I was able to have things ready for the crew to power through and get it done. John even came back out to the house to re-install a mirror (we opted for a larger mirror) after the project was completed. While they were working at the house, we went to the company showroom to choose flooring and other materials needed for the rebuild.
