And the full internal framing replacement of 3 windows, insulation and drywall. Project crew was great, and professional. Being here was several weeks, I worked from hime to let them have access to the backyard and inside the house for their needed repairs. They all worked without issue and concern, and provided necessary updates when available. Communication with the city for permits was at issue at first, and an initial inspection was missed. As myself and the team weren't aware it was taking place at that specific time. 2nd inspection, the inspector was several hrs late and made the contractors wait all day, and no work could get done that day. Inspections after were good. Only issues I noted were a number of nails left out in my yard, all in the same area vicinity. Where my dog also goes out to walk, so that was a little concern. But there was nothing else that occured, and clean up for was good before and after. Total work - $18k+

So because you stated clearly you were willing to own the problem, and have offered to fix it at no charge to us, I decided to raise my rating of your company's work, from one star to three stars. However, for this small project, we are going with a different solution, AND using a different contractor to do it. No need for further communication.

From day one, we were impressed with Eric who came to look at our project and give us an estimate. He was very professional, prompt, friendly, organized, knowledgeable about products, scope of work, and gave us a very impressive timeline. Eric offered his expertise about layout, and products which was very helpful. When we received our contract, it was just as he said it would be, and the scope of work included everything we requested. After the contract was signed, the owner of Vostok, Alex, arrived with the demolition crew. The crew was very careful to cover the adjacent bedroom furniture and flooring. The bathroom work area was closed off with plastic, and the crew was very tidy while they worked. The old bathroom was demolished ASAP. Alex is very knowledgeable and skilled. He has a very deep bench of very skilled craftsmen who are amazing. The quality of everything was top notch. In summary, we would highly recommend Vostok for your bathroom renovation.

Really surprised by the negative reviews on yelp, so even though it's been some time since the…read moreEberle team completed our project, I wanted to contribute my opinion. Kent, Shannon, Nick, Marco, Sergio - the team is really good. Kent is smart, experienced, enjoyable to work with and has unquestioned integrity. I think it's more important to him to do a handful of projects really well rather than many of them just satisfactorily. Shannon is a great project manager and respectful, courteous and friendly. Nick - well Nick is amazing - we miss having him around. Even my shy toddler started looking forward to seeing 'Mr. Nick' and he made my 70-something mother feel so comfortable, which really mattered since we were building her in-law. Marco and Sergio are likewise knowledgeable, skilled and fun to chat with. They also give great advice. The team aside, the addition they did for us is excellent. I have no regrets, would recommend them unreservedly and have continued to use them for smaller projects. As Shannon told me during one of these, Eberle is our "contractor for life" - they value long-term relationships and take care of their customers.

As a Realtor, I'm lucky to see great kitchens all the time. And, like the cobbler whose kids have…read moreno shoes, my kitchen sucked donkey balls. With oodles of contractor contacts, I was overwhelmed with whom to work with... I don't want quick and dirty. I needed to live in the house (with my hubby, two kids, pets, etc) and I wanted QUALITY. So my neighbor worked with Kent Eberle and WOULDN"T SHUT UP about him. I saw "The Binder" and the results in his house. Damn, if my friend and neighbor hadn't finished his kitchen while I'm researching and interviewing and... overwhelmed with choices. A client once told me that with contractors you get to pick two out of these three things: Quality, On time, Affordable. I picked quality and on time. And I don't regret a thing. I went with Kent. And he showed me what was possible in my kitchen. While we lived there. And without tax reassessment (!!). He explained his process: Plan, Pick and Work. (All your appliances, finishes and fixtures are picked before he starts. It was tough, but I did it while working full time.) And he gave me the timeline. Did his guys follow the timeline? YES! There were a few days that came up because - surprise I had 4 layers of historic flooring in my kitchen - but they'd amp it up, bring more staff and #boom, done! Was the staff nice? FUCK YEAH! I loved those guys. Kent's nice and all, but his staff is BOMB. Sweet, kind, friendly, helpful, respectful, clean. (And they love popsicles, so buy them some!) Was it more money than I expected? Yes. But it is more beautiful than I could have ever dreamed. If you're not nice, don't call them. The guys work their tails off... They were like friends in my house for 3 months. And they shared in my joy when I got to take over my kitchen.

I had to let a previous contractor go. It was obvious to me his work was substandard. Vitaliy and crew had to undo everything they did and then start over. What I didn't like had to do with coloring and other things that had nothing to do with the quality of the installation. They redid the floor and I'm now loving my new shower.
