I am a director in the medical field and their service is terrible, nobody knows what they're doing, and they are very unorganized. Terrible customer service and it takes weeks to get medication refills. They had my name wrong in their system and so were confused and so it took longer to process my refill. Then they refused to overnight the medication even though I needed it. And my name continues to be wrong in their system. read more

When I started with this company it was good. Lately the service has gotten sloppy. I travel so the timing of the "overnight" delivery is extremely important. When I call to place an order I tell them the importance of the delivery date and they tell me, "No problem", yet twice now it's been a problem. The last time I called, at their prompting, nearly everyday to get updates which at one point forced me to change the delivery address to accommodate them. However this didn't work either. I still did not get my shipment on time. When I started ordering the processing/delivery schedule was 3-5 business days. Now it's 5-7. This med is supposed to be refrigerated which means the last couple of times the med was not cold when I opened the box. I was assured by Strive it would be OK. How would I know? I also found out they do not ship overnight. FedEx said it is shipped "home delivery" which means 5-7 days. I know for a fact the tiny cold packs will not last 7 days. I just found out the BBB gives them an F for a grade. Bottom line is I am not happy and will be looking for another pharmacy. read more

My inadequate doctor prescribed a 6 week supply of Tirzepatide from Strive & it was like taking water. It didn't curb my appetite or boost my energy. I requested a refund and of course they didn't reply. Do yourself a favor & stay away, it's a rip-off. Drop my doctor for a new one, got a month supply of the Semaglutide compound and in only a week I've lost 3lbs. Not only is it working , it was only 60.00. Strive is a rip-off , my previous doctor & others act as though they're getting a kickback for referring patience, because you can get it much cheaper than 250.00. read more

Recently renewed my prescription. Strive changed the amount of medication to a 30 day from a 60 day without notifying me or my provider. I paid for a 60 day supply, but Strive says they changed their policy and no longer provide that. I asked for a refund and was refused. They lied and said they had informed me of the change when that was not the case. I was forced to dispute with my credit card company. Disgusting behavior, AVOID at all costs. read more

I received my order in the mail and noticed the incorrect items were sent. I immediately called in. I spoke with a female who stated she would send the correct products out. After three weeks, I never received the items and had to call in again and request them to be mailed to me. A month later, my Dr. Put an order in for me. I received a text stating they received my order. 1.5 weeks later, it still hasn't been shipped. On 12/4/23, I called in three times and could never make contact with anyone. My biggest complaint is that I use an injectable, and each vial is labeled 2mL. They say they give 2.4mL to account for the small amount that can't be pulled out of the container. I never get 2mL out! I typically get between 1.6 and 1.8 mL. To be fair, the pharmacist Kathy is fantastic. Other than that, the staff has underwhelmed me over and over. One issue is that I was told the expiration date was a safety concern, and that the medication would break down after that date. When I asked if I could buy multiple vials at one time to avoid going into the store every 2 weeks, (explained later in the review,) they sold me 3 vials, each with a month of medication, the last of which would expire before I used it. At that point I was told the expiration date was flexible. (Through the text message person.) I have been given false information, wrong medical information, and have been treated unkindly by their texting staff. Initially I took the position that perhaps I misunderstood or misinterpreted the interaction and went over it with a staff member in-store. They agreed with me. The second time, I complained and when they reviewed the interaction, I was told they would address it. It happened again and a staff member told me the person I bumped into has had complaints other than mine. Another complaint is that it takes 2 weeks to fill my prescription after paying for it. My last complaint is that the price is higher than most pharmacies in the valley for the product, and they cut the medicine with "a negligible amount of B12," which dilutes the medicine, a negligible amount or not, and can't explain to me why they do it. Sorry to be a Debbie downer. I've given them plenty of chances to impress me. read more

I wish I had listened to the one star reviews and stayed far away from this compounding pharmacy. I have experienced all the same issues and they do have a complete disregard for how their errors, delays, incompetence, and actions taken by their dim-witted management team exacerbate their customer's conditions. They are also notorious for making arbitrary changes to prescriptions sent to them by the provider who is actually familiar with your condition and not even bother to tell you. Essentially, if you are in serious enough need for a compounded prescription to assist with your health condition, you will not be doing yourself any favors by coming here. I recently was sent an invoice, I paid it, then a few days later I got a message saying I still needed to pay. I called on a Friday or Saturday to clear things up as I know the money had already came out on my end. The lady I talked to was very sweet and helpful out of the Arizona branch. She managed to get ahold of someone in FL (mind you they were fixing to get hit with another hurricane). They stated they were sorry for the confusion with all the hurricane activity lately and they would ship out overnight for me when they were back in the office! It's not what I asked for because I knew they had been dealing with weather and stuff so figured they would be alittle behind but they went above and beyond! This pharmacy is completely unethical, unreliable, and rude as heck. They quoted one amount and then charged $50 more. It's been 2 full weeks and still don't have the meds even though the prescription was prepaid with a credit card. They just don't respond when pushed to provide a date when they will be ready. Details below. I called Strive Pharmacy on May 26th to find out if they could fill a compound prescription I received from my doctor. I spoke with the pharmacist that said they could do it but it would take a week or so and he thought the charge would be between $65-75 though he could not give an exact amount but that was the ballpark. I immediately had the prescription sent over. I received a text on May 31 asking me to prepay $125. Though this was $50 more than discussed I went ahead and paid it the same day. I was then sent an email stating it would be 5-7 days for my medicine to be ready. On 6/6 I had not heard anything so I reached out asking when to expect the meds to be ready. Very rude response stating it had only been 3 business days and it takes 7. I have explained it had been longer than that and asked for an ETA. No response. Today 6/9 it has been 8 business days since I paid for the medicine so I reached out again asking when it would be ready. I was told the medication is still pending compound meaning they have not made it yet. I asked if there was a reason for the delay and if they had any idea when it would be ready. No response. My Natural Path recommended I use Strive Compounding Pharmacy of a drug she recommended. There are other compounding pharmacy's however, she felt that Strive is accurate, prompt with delivery and competitively priced. She was correct on all three. I ordered and prepaid for my RX & did not hear anything until I called 2 weeks later to find out where my RX was.. it took two days for them to respond and two more days for me to get an email the RX was shipped out. 3rd time I was shorted on the volume of medication. I should have had enough for 75 units, and there was only 60 units left again. I am finding it impossible to get the results I want bc I don't get the quantity of medication I paid for. This is the 3rd time today I have had this happen. Horrible business! Ask physician to use someone and save the hazel. They are rude, slow, payment process is just flat out poor and one sided. To top it off, it takes days to process order then they send you a link to pay then it takes almost 2 weeks after they received payment to process the RX. I don't think you good do any worse at running a business. If your physician will not send to another pharmacy, get a new physician. read more

really bad customer service. they no longer let you know if a medicine needs a new RX. im trying to get a time-sensitive, life-saving RX filled for my dog. the service was much better when it was the compounding center. once strive bought the company, iv had several issues. they didn't let me know the medicine was no longer being sent via auto filled, even though the fact sheet and email communication regarding strive taking over said they would. then, after I mail them the RX (the won't take an uploaded pdf) they then let me know the credit card I had on file is no longer accessible in their new system. again, the fact sheet and email communication stated it would be a seamless transition and would require nothing else from customers. not at all! it's really a shame these big companies buy up small companies. the customer service is terrible now. read more

DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY OR LEVITY! They care more about their bottom line than they do your health and well being. I received a medication that was frozen, compounding semaglutide last week. Sinice I have never taken this before I wanted to make sure it was safe to use after frozen. I found that it is NOT SAFE to take after frozen and you should throw it away. I contacted Levity, whom contacted their pharmacy Strive. I was told it was safe to use, just thaw it out. So I went back out online and searched again. I could not find one company that said it was safe to use after frozen. And I'm talking reputable companies: Mayo Clinic, Zip Heath, MediVera Compounding pharmacy and the list goes on. So I contacted them again. I get the same response "safe to use and they won't replace the vial". OUTRAGEOUS! So I'm out $200 but I am not injecting myself with this medication and I will make sure to put this review on every site I can. People are more important than their bottom line. read more

I ordered my $500.00 worth of prescription as usual from my Dr who used Strive to fill the prescription on the 19th of December 2024, 8 days later it had not arrived so I contacted Strive, the customer rep. Janet informed me it had been delivered on Christmas Eve, the FedEx driver placed it in my trash can in front of my house, he took a photo of the can. I informed her I do not have a trash can in front of my house. I also contacted my Dr not blaming her at all just hoping it will help me get my prescription sooner. Janet said she`d send me an email with a tracking number and she keept heer word. I complained to FEDEX because this is the second delivery they`ve gotten wrong. Chewy sent me cat food that one of my neighbors kept, Chewy made it right but FEDEX needs to talk to their drivers. My house is clearly marked with 6 inch tall numbers. Strive made this right and I commend them for it. My Dr just calleed to make sure I got my meds. Thank You all read more

This pharmacy is difficult to deal with. When I started I was quoted $95 for my prescription back in March 2022 which included shipping. Now my last order I got charged and questioned why only charged $90. Response was that is what they charge with shipping. Well then they owe me some money for overcharging me this past year. My very first order there was no price on the receipt. I asked them to send one. They send a receipt with the order but it has no price on it which makes ZERO sense! I constantly have to request a receipt for my prescription that actually has the price on it because I need it for taxes. It's like pulling teeth EVERY SINGLE TIME! They don't even have the price listed on my account anywhere to screen shot. I have requested a copy of my last receipt 3 times and still haven't gotten it 3 wks later. I have now chosen a new compounding pharmacy because this one has issues. They owe me some money back. I do not recommend this company as their communication is BAD! Maybe the BBB will get me my receipt and refund for over charging. read more

Since Leesburg Compounding center was transitioned over to Strive the pharmacy has been a total nightmare. I have two cats that need Thyroid medication and the prescriptions were very clear that one was a cream and the other was an oil. When I went to pick up both prescriptions I was told they ran out of oil and therefore filled the cream for my 19 year old cat that is allergic to the cream. The next time I went to the pharmacy the medicine provided expired half way through the 60 day period and the pharmacy had no idea that they had prescribed medication that would be ineffective after the first 30 days. They claimed the medication would last 60 days and changed the label to support that. However, the cat starting refusing the medication that she at one time loved and I can only assume it had gone bad. The final situation involved a significant delay in the filling of the medicine to the point where I ran out. When I did pick up the medication they advised me they only had 2 weeks worth and that I would not be charged since they were no able to fill the original 60 day request and due to the significant delay in providing the medication. It took close to a month for me to finally receive the original prescription amount and in the end they refused to honor the statement that the front desk person agreed to not charge me for the original 2 weeks. In fact, my credit card was charged for a full 30 day supply vs the 2 weeks provided. When I called to discuss this latest issue they didn't even apologize for overcharging me for an amount I never received. Meanwhile I have started using Akina Pharmacy in Sterling which was seamless. They not only delivered the presciption in a timely manner but also shipped it to my house for no charge. Highly recommend you switch over if you are having the same issues with Strive or thinking of using them in the future. read more

Just about the worst experience ever with a compounding pharmacy. To add context, I am a prescriber myself. I know the intricacies of medication ordering and as a customer, I also have reasonable expectations on customer service and timely delivery. This pharmacy staff have the worst communication habits I had ever experienced with a pharmacy. Not only do they NOT follow up with me when there is some delay (TWICE), they also messed up the order yet again, resulting in my not having medications for over 2 weeks as of today. To top it off, there was a shortage in one of the medications! Mike the tech was more helpful than most who answer the phone there and has apologized on their behalf but I'm not convinced this will fix the issue since he is not the supervisor or even responsible for the errors I have experienced thus far. Perhaps this is just a series of unfortunate events, however, it has been consistent, and I definitely will not be sending prescriptions to this pharmacy for my patients. read more
