When you can get your meds, they're good. But, plan for at least 2 weeks to get anything filled. I've also received someone else's meds. I called to let them know, never heard from them. I've gotten the wrong refill twice now. Not to mention you have to communicate with them via text. even with 2 weeks given to them , they still sent the wrong thing. My doctor had sent a prescription in to Strive be compounded and as of 72 hrs after that, no response from them to my inquiries since they never answer their phone or return messages left. The unmitigated rudeness to just ignore patients and be so unprofessional is unacceptable. I mean who runs their business that way and insults the customers like that and stays in business? Seems pretty obvious that it's poorly run and they take their business for granted. It doesn't make you feel too confident about anything they might do. I think I will look into other options and not get stuck in the horrible cycle I see other customers are with all the problems I see in these other reviews. read more

If I could give less than one star, I would. I ordered a refill almost a week ago, so I called to check on it. They never processed it and I only have one dose left. It is Friday, so they are unable to help until Monday. By Monday, my levels will be all wrong, I will have my period, and it will take me three weeks to get myself right again. I am so disgusted - don't they take an oath to do no harm? Well, I can sit and wait for the joys of going off estrogen to begin while they all enjoy their weekend off! Thanks for the nightmare. I might as well throw this in. They advertise free delivery, and I enjoyed that benefit. One day, I noticed charges on my credit card for an additional 10-plus dollars. Turns out, they had been doing it for months without notifying me I can understand changing your pricing during the summer, but charging someone's credit card for more money without saying something can't be okay? If you have another option, go with it. Hopefully this will be resolved Monday. I will update my review accordingly. read more

I was just prescribed something new from my doctor and was told it was made special just the way the doctor ordered. However no took the time to notice this was my first time in and I never had this prescription before. I need a smaller dose then the size of the molds they use to portion out the prescription and as a result I need to cut it in half. On the label is says to take half but I thought it was portioned out special just the way the doctor ordered. They took the time to tell me that but not to cut them and the best practices for getting them sized correctly. When I called to confirm if they were made to size I was told I can just cut them in half and "did not the label say that" ? No apology, I did not feel valued and felt almost "stupid" for not knowing how to take this bran new medicine. read more

If I could rate it lower, I would. This place started out great - good service and good products. Then they went to hell. For the past few months, they have lost all sense of customer service. Their website it not functional, their employees are not competent, and they could not care less. They fail to process prescriptions on time, if at all. They fail to contact your physician for refills, they claim not to have received communications from the physician, they say they have mailed your script only to find they have not. It is a train wreck. My doctor and I are both seeking an alternative, as this place will not be in business much longer. read more

I have several prescriptions with them. I had asked, for the first time, to have the script shipped. I was informed the fee was $10 and I said fine. I got a text saying the script was ready. After not receiving it, I called 3 days later and was told they had it set for pick up. I, again, told them to ship and was assured it would be shipped. I said thank you, and waited. Again, no shipment. I called and was informed, AGAIN, that it was set for pick up. I explained that I was frustrated but needed this shipped since I had already missed doses. I was, ASSURED, this was being shipped (placing it in the bin right now). I waited, through the weekend, this time and no shipment. Called on Monday and was told, AGAIN, that it was set for pick up. They could ship it?? Nope, nevermind. I went to the pharmacy initially recommended by my doctor. Can't do this anymore. At some point, enough is enough. read more

I would give them negative stars if possible!!!!! My vet had called one other pharmacy before calling Strive, who said they would not be able to get the script done same day. They ended up calling Strive and Strive AGREED to being able to get the medication done the same day. My vet gave them the info and called to tell me they didn't use the first choice because Strive told them they would have it done that day. (This is key to the latter part of the story). After picking my cat up, I drove to the pharmacy in 109 degree temps, dress clothes from work on, at 4pm on a Friday. I had to bring my cat inside for obvious reasons in her kennel. They have 2 guys sitting down at a computer, 1 tech, and possibly the compounding pharmacist behind the counter (couldn't really see). There were 3 of us waiting and 1 cashier helping us. Now, wouldn't you think the 2 idiots sitting at their computers could have gotten up to help the other 2 folks waiting? Oh no, they can't do that because that would be considered good customer service. I finally get waited on, only to be told that it isn't ready. Then finally one of the 2 idiots who was at their computer decides to meander up and tell me "we get the prescriptions and we have to make the medication, so they aren't ready until the following day." Oh really?? Hence the meaning of compounding in the context of their pharmacy? DUH!!! Second mistake of many, telling the customer what happens at the pharmacy. Wow, I lived 55 years with a Masters Degree without knowing what a compounding pharmacy does????? What an idiot. The whole reason my vet called them was because they agreed to get it done that day. Just to try and give Strive some excuse I asked if it was written anywhere that it was to be done today. The idiot looks at a handwritten script and says no. Okay, well I know the vet didn't hand write that script and drive it over to the pharmacy. So whomever took the call from the vet failed to write that down. Now, they could absolutely have made up for it or even TRIED to make it right by quickly saying, we will try and get it done for you right now or within 30 minutes, or how about, we will call the vet right now and see what happened. Nope, nothing of the sort. I called the vet, and they were upset because they knew what was said. The person who called it in said she told them same day (refer to the aforementioned note stating WHY the vet used Strive in the first place). I leave, and then to add insult to injury, someone calls and leaves a message saying, he was sorry for the "misunderstanding." And again explains it takes 24 hours to fill medication. And then at that point says, we will try and get it done after we finish all the other scripts. So if you want it call us back. Misunderstanding?? Strive had the misunderstanding. Did they say they were sorry that they didn't get it right? No, they didn't. No accountability at all. Again, the golden rule, the customer is always right, even when they aren't. They apparently have no clue about that. Why didn't they offer getting my medication done at the time I was inside instead of reiterating how they make their medication????? Hey Strive, here's a news flash for you, CONSUMERS are not stupid, but you all sure are when it comes to customer service! This pharmacy is positively the worst in customer service. This was my first time doing a mail order prescription and it was really simple. My doctor's office order my prescription and she said I will hear from the pharmacy once it was ready. The next morning I got a call from Strive Pharmacy telling me it was ready and the rep told me she could mail it to me.
