This place is a hidden gem, the price is cheap compared to other places. The manager was friendly and helpful. He would walk to you to your cubic and explained everything. I love the fact they have a drive in loading bay so you can easily unload your boxes. This place is well-lighted so I feel safe all the times. read more

Needed storage after downsizing from our family home. Emil, the manager showed me the available units and I selected a unit. Have been using this unit for over a year and have had no problems, no leaks after heavy rains. I like that you can drive right up to your unit, no elevators. The storage facility is clean and safe! I specifically wanted a climate-controlled unit, however, after storing several boxes on my 2nd trip to the unit, I found it warm, even though the a/c and ceiling fans were running. I spoke to the manager about this and was informed that the a/c was running at full force. I removed my items and cancelled. I already have a climate-controlled unit, however It is further from my home. I am very satisfied with it and didn't notice a warmer temperature and will keep it. read more

They have been very helpful. I rented a storage unit. Actually I accidentally rented 2 storage units and when I called about my error they fixed it and are going to refund the deposit on the one I didn't need. I also was planning on moving stuff in in 2 weeks but then realized I needed to start sooner. I called and they were very nice and won't even charge me for the additional time this month. Great online rental process. Rented on Sunday knowing Office was closed. Went to site on Monday morning, property manger processed my rental. He was very polite and helpful.
