As impressed as i Still am with her professionalism and character i really do need to mention her by name: Natalie Torres. I can gush on...but as a customer in great need of relief and aid due to our current state of affairs in the country the two attributes most important and absolutely necessary for me in a staff member, as I called-in today, were: A deep and thorough Understanding of the business and a Willingness to apply any and all remedies known to be available in the company...to my particular situation and circumstances. And Lordy! Did she Ever. She possessed them two attributes in spades. Thank you Natalie!! And...Thank You! Safeguard...for having her on the Team!!

The person we spoke to was articulate and ensured we received our complete order: boxes, covers, and easy and fast check-in. In addition to that, I travel oversees for work all the time and for the sake of time zones and such it's difficult to get a hold of me over the phone. I understand I have an obligation to pay my bill. I always catch up and pay my bill. I no longer live in NJ and the person who was supposed to pay for the unit is ill at the moment. I take care of my expenses where I live and her expenses as well including medical until the divorce is settled. I kindly asked to allow me to catch up in a week as I've been overburdened and not even present in country in most weeks of the month. This was their response: The account is 34 days past due. There is a balance owed of $265.78. Please note that there is only one day left to make a full payment. The account will be going into foreclosure as of 06/17/2019. And a $110.00 lien fee will be added. That would bring your amount to $ 375.78. Please don't make it to 35 days. I can make a note into your account stating that you will be making a payment on 06/21/2019. But, the balance of $375.78 must be made in full. Please note we no longer accept partial payments. All payments must be made in full. Well.. I believe a little room for flexibility would have helped my situation as I have every intention of paying this debt and maybe even use the unit until the divorce is settled. Now, Cubesmart's management's lack of empathy made me want to end business with them and write as many reviews as possible for the gross display coldness towards someone who is having a hardship. The only resin I I'm giving a 2 star instead of 1 star is because of a manager Mamés Shirley. She's awesome and very kind.
