I'm not gonna lie! Bomb Pizza after a night of scootering and bar hopping on Rainey Street!!! Very tasty! Of course, we ditched the scooters and walked to our hotel. I would totally recommend. I love pizza and this place rocked! PS: PLEASE PLEASE BE AWARE THAT AUSTIN PD DOES NOT RESPOND TO NON EMERGENT CALLS FOR SERVICE!!!! They will NOT even come to your location to take a theft report where the suspect has already fled the scene. I believe the thieves know this. I can't blame Austin PD as the recent uprises have defunded the police. Sadly, I'm sure this will eventually happen everywhere to large crime ridden cities. Watch your property don't leave anything expensive in your rooms while you're out on the town!!!! Don't let this discourage you from having fun & going to Stony's!!!!!! CHEERS!!!

Caveat: I prefer Detroit. But this is a solid NY pie. Nice crust. Nice sauce. Tasty pepperoni. Foldable crunchy crust. Just the right amount of grease. Price is right and dudes are cool. It'll soak up a beer or two.

3.5 stars but rounding up for a solid cheese pizza from a food truck! Stony's serves New York style pizza with a thin crust, and I enjoyed my slice of Cheese Pizza (https://www.yelp.com/user_local_photos?select=yXaZB2xONJDBKf9xnEU7BQ&userid=76vIFZcC7owykCBjMfGVXg). I liked how bubbly they got the cheese on top, but wished there was more cheese on my slice. I appreciated that it wasn't too greasy. My slice was ready to go, and this would be the perfect late night snack after a night of drinking.

Great greasy, meaty cheese pizza option! I could definitely eat a whole pie from them. I was able to try a free slice due to a Yelp event. This is a great food truck for drunken late nights. Is it the best pizza you will ever taste? No, but it is pretty good! I loved the crust, just doughy enough but still thin with lots of cheese and not a lot of sauce on the piece. I was a little sad I received a piece that barely had a topping on it though :( Great service from the guys in the truck.

It's been a while since I've had some solid large slice Pizza. This was part of a Yelp event that we went to so we got the pepperoni. Really delicious, nice and crispy just the way I like it

Mmmm, Stony's is the bomb.. NY style pizza - perfect thin crust and just the right amount of grease. The crust was a good doughy texture. Tried a slice of cheese and pepperoni. Really enjoyed the simplicity of the cheese slice. The service was friendly. I'd definitely hit them up again.

This was my first time trying Stony's Pizza. I love pizza so I was excited to try the big slices when the food truck visited my apartment yesterday. Customer service was ok. I was greeted with a what's up. Staff were wearing mask. Each slice of pizza was $4.50. I ordered three slices. I was expecting for my three slices to be put in a small box, but they gave me the gigantic box. The person that took my order gave me the slices and asked for payment. He told me how much my total was after I asked him for the total. I didn't get a receipt or napkins. The pizza is too greasy for my liking. I only ate 1 and 1/2 slices because all I could taste was grease. I will not be trying Stony's pizza again!

Great stop after heading to West 6th. They had cheese and pepperoni slices for about $4 and the slices were MASSIVE. Filling and great thin slice pizza.

Great thin crust pizza and the pepperoni's are huge. Didn't have to wait too long either with a decent line.

As an Austin Native I do NOT suggest Stonys Pizza - due to their OVER PRICED prices. $9 for a slice. Ridiculous right? Shame on them

There wasn't a line (it was a pretty hot day) so we managed to order quickly. We opted to split the Black Betty. It was huge!! I loved the blackberry sauce and fruit mixed in with the cream and sugar. This is one big dessert so I'm glad we shared it - honestly would be worth splitting a whole one amongst a few people unless you have a big sweet tooth! The staff were really quick with the order. There's ample seating by the truck which is probably nice for part of the year, but we were suffering on a hot summer day. I would highly recommend this spot - but keep in mind the weather as it's all outdoor and outdoor seating only.

Gordough's is one of those places that fully commits to indulgence. I was able to place my order online and schedule for pick up. The order was ready when I arrived. Parking was a bit challenging and the lot was full and they charge for parking. Service was quick, casual, just good energy and fast turnaround. I ordered my tried and true Miss Shortcake with their famous cake donut with cream cheese icing and fresh cut strawberries. The donut is so indulgent and was served warm with the most delectable flavor combinations. Tried the Son of a Peach with cream cheese icing, spiced peach filling, cake mix topping, cinnamon and sugar with honey butter. This one was a bit too overindulgent and sweet for my liking but was definitely worth a try. Portions are huge and can be shared as the donut is not as good warmed over. If you're in the mood for dessert and not think about calorie count, then this is the place.

From speaking with Tony Jr. today, they also have a restaurant in Pflugerville. I ordered jerk chicken, which fell off the bones and came with cabbage, rice and peas and plantain. I have traveled to Jamaica a couple of times, this Jamaican food was the real deal. The jerk chicken was a bit spicey but not set your tongue on fire spicey. The rice and peas along with the cabbage was perfectly seasoned. The standout for me was the sweet plantain, spoken like a plantain connoisseur. The plantain was sweet on the inside and slightly charred on the outside...perfect combination. The only improvement would have been for me to get a side of plantain. My food was delivered fast and hot. Tony Jr. was super personable and friendly. There is seating in the center of the food truck park. You hear tunes being played in the background. The food truck park is at the core of East Austin in a semi-residential area. Street parking is available for diners. I look forward to trying curry goat and oxtails and more.
