This place has everything you need and then some to hit your goals- especially with all new equipment! They have showers, free weights, squat area, treadmills, cycling, rowing machine, and more. I love how there are many familiar faces in the gym, where it feels like I am part of a community and not just some large corporate owned place. The employee at the counter, named Rafael, did not greet me or offer any help when I approached -- he was just standing there and seemed unsure of what to do when I asked for assistance. Thankfully, another staff member stepped in and was able to help me with my membership. However, this was my first visit, and it left me with a very poor first impression. I truly hope the level of service improves over time, as I would like to continue coming here.
