Great gym everything you need equipment wise and friendly staff! Excellent option if you are local.

This location is way better! As someone who goes tristate area, this gym is very clean organized and everybody around me is very nice. I especially enjoy that room. They have the side room so I can enjoy my ab workout without bothering anyone. Definitely recommend for people who travel a lot. read more

Personal Training w/ Jordan - I am able to walk again... This review is for those who have suffered with chronic pain, for those who have lived with debilitating pain, for those who have spent time and money on doctors, therapists, machines, etc. I am forever grateful to have found Jordan. I was in severe pain with an impinged sciatic nerve, ongoing for the past 2 years. Doctors, therapists, YouTube Exercises, machines, etc., would only provide temporary relief. I am 45 years old, played sports all my life, and was at a point where I had trouble just walking across the room, at times, even had to crawl to get to the kitchen. My biggest fear was that I was not going to be able to actively play with my 7 y/o son. When I shared this with Jordan, he looked me in the eye, shared with me that he is a new Father, and that he will to get me back to "fighting form". For about the past 3 months, we have met once a week. I incorporate the exercises we focused on into my daily exercise and stop by the gym every now and then. As I write this, I am happy to report that I am back in "fighting form", wrestling around with my son, AND am in extreme relief to be "pain free". I feel like I'm 25 years old, I can jump rope, and sprint again! THANK YOU GOD! Jordan is an EXPERT IN HIS CRAFT. He cares, he listens, he knows how and when to challenge you. My girlfriend was on the phone with me when she was speaking to management here. She was visiting her dad in Cornwall for a month and was looking to sign up for a membership for the duration of her visit. She visited many gyms and this was one of the ones that offered her a one month membership. Two months later she looks at her card and has been getting charged for the last two months After speaking to management she was in tears as the owners refused to speak with her, and she is now 80 dollars in the hole, even thought the manager confirmed that she hadn't been to the gym in the last two months. The craziest part is that no matters who's mistake it is, there was some clear miscommunication between the patron and the company, and any good business practice would compensate for the lack of clarity. However, this gym left us in disbelief by refusing to even listen and practically stealing from a costumer. Luckily we don't live in the are but please avoid this business if you can. I am more than willing to talk to the owners if they are willing on this platform. read more

My experience here has been really mediocre. After the Covid 19 pandemic, my family has been out of work for weeks. Knowing this membership is automatically withdrawn from your bank account (my husband and I each have memberships) I contacted them on numerous occasions requesting a freeze. This is stated on their website that freezes are available. I contacted the Cornwall location and their main headquarters. NO response from anyone, but they keep charging me. Preying on people in a time of weakness is lower than low to me. Regardless, the equipment is old and doesn't work. It smells inside, is usually hot, dirty equipment and the facility needs an update. Save your money and work out elsewhere! read more

Headphone plug ins are so warn on all machines you can only hear right or left. They keep the place at 66*, and run the fans on high in the winter read more

This is a pretty nice gym for that area. The staff members are okay......... The owner and some other ppl are cool, but some of the trainers are not welcoming. They have great equipment, classes & service is innovative. The gym members are EXTREMELY RUDE, very clicky (house wife addition. lol} ......... But I go to workout not make friends but since I have been going I noticed the trainers/teachers are starting to notice more new ppl and are quite pleasant {wish I had that treatment} but u live & learn.......... Over all.......... its a really nice convenient place to workout especially since its 24 hrs. read more

After reading some of these reviews I feel like I need to chime in here. 1: the current owners are new owners who had just taken over the end of January this being one of three gyms they took over. 2: a little more then a month later they had to close due to Covid. 3: they were very nice and professional making sure you were reimbursed and membership suspended until they reopened sending out videos on updates and emails. 4: the previous gym owners let the gym fall into disarray and wasn't keeping up with regular maintenance and repairs. 5: the new owners had just started making improvements when they had to shut down and I know now that their reopened they will continue to make more improvements and repairs. So let's be fair here, under the circumstances they are doing a good job staying on top of the sterilization and cleaning prodigals. Like everyone else during the shutdown they also were having a hard time so I think under the circumstances they deserve a break. Yes I'm not thrilled about the limited hours but I have complete confidence as time permits and more manpower is available these inconveniences will be resolved. I am part of the early bird crew and would like to be able to go earlier but I am being patient and am grateful the gym is open and clean. So instead of complaining how about a little support for the new owners and some patience. Be kind. read more

I find the owners to be friendly and helpful. They always have a smile upon entering the gym and will answer any question or help in any way. You must approach them but if you do they are extremely helpful. The gym is a bit small but it is OK as it is clean and well maintained and the price is right. The class instuctors with the exception of Daisy leave much to be desired. They never correct anyone in class and seem much more into themselves than the class attendees. I am speaking soley of the Zumba classes here and I have attended both am and pm classes. I have never worked out at any gym where the instructors are constantly looking in the mirror as they are here. They also seem unprepared for class as they stop between songs and must find their place on their ipods. If one knows they are teaching a class it would seem they have a set of songs ready to go. I have taken classes in many different places and this is the only place where this consistently happens - again with the exception of Diasy. It breaks the momentum of the class. I also find the members to be rude. I attended a butt and gut class and was laughed at by one member as I did not have the proper rotation down pat. I was also told by another member that I was out of rotation and not told nicely!!! I never went back to the class although I felt it was the best workout ever. I am trying to work up my nerve to try it again. I am also going to workout and am not easily intimidated but these women bordered on brutal and did in fact intimidate me. This however is not the fault of the owners or staff. read more

It's really clean, equipment is taken care of, and even if the gym is really busy there's still room and equipment to do what you need to do. It's a key gym- perfect for me because I'm up at 3 or 4am. Staff is friendly, but I barely ever see them because I'm there at odd hours. Classes are pretty good for the ones I've attended. For me, it's perfect. But if you're really high maintenance and needy, maybe go elsewhere. read more

Just another boring cookie cutter FRANCHISE in such a nice small town. A mom/pop gym would have been a smarter idea. The gym is mediocre at best, nothing great seems more like a gym you would have at home minus the large sign. The gym is on the dirty side not as clean as when they first opened guess has something to do with owners living out of state. Classes are inconsistent and not that motivating. Help is sparse and it has become more of a social club for younger kids. Good luck if you want to waste your money! read more
