Results Driven Fitness is not a typical gym.... it's a place where you go when you want to feel stronger, healthier and over all your best. The owner and the staff are there for you 500%. When you workout, have fun finding any of the equipment you need, as everything is scattered all over the place. Barbells on the floor, weight plates on the floor where you can easily trip, nothing is in place. I understand there are signs to tell people to put weights back in place but it's obvious they do not. So instead of sitting on counters on your cellphone maybe go around the building and put the crap away. What else are they getting paid for?

She's very strict on form and focuses a lot on your weaker areas which in turn will optimize your workouts to get the best results.
