I don't like to exercise much and especially when getting instruction from another person. I…read morechanged my mind after one visit here with my wife. We love our instructor, Morganne. She is not overbearing or cruel but she's not easy on us, either. She helps explain the exercises and moves us a long at a pace we can handle but still challenges us. We learn the progressive nature of the exercises (one prepares for the next) and how to properly feel the exercise and do it correctly. The facility is clean, well-lit, warm and inviting. The staff are all very friendly and responsive. There are two or three changing booths and a bathroom. Filtered water is available to drink. They have flexible hours that fit even our weird schedule. I have never taken Pilates before but here I have learned tower, mat and reformer exercises. The instructors are all trained and certified in power Pilates. They have instruction classes for those wishing to be certified as instructors. I don't know much about the history or technique of Pilates, but I know that this is a great place to go and get started for anyone like me who is hesitant and doesn't like the workout crowd.

They keep each class fresh and new, and switch it up often, so it never seems repetitive! I always leaving feeling so much better, and with some new friends! Thank you to Juliet and her team for such an amazing and welcoming place to work out - I love Pilates and all of its truly wonderful benefits!

I don't give 5 stars lightly and there is no-one who deserves it more than Kelly…read more Working with her has transformed my body - I am fitter and stronger than ever. As I have progressed she has modified and evolved our exercises to make sure I am constantly being pushed and never plateau. She is also excellent at adapting to injuries and helping me heal. I've gone through leg, back and wrist injuries (from other activities) and working with Kelly has helping me both stay fit despite having an injury AND helped me actually develop the strength and flexibility I needed to help the injuries (e.g. my wrist issues are connected to lack of openness in my chest and shoulders, so we've been working on that). Kelly is also simply a joy to work with. She brings so much energy and passion to what she does. Whatever your goals, whatever point you are starting from, I could not recommend Kelly highly enough.

Absolutely grateful amazing Kelly brought me back to healthy shape…read more I'm a 50 year old longboard surfer with a 4 year old son. After I had my son 4 years ago my body just broke down. I've had back and knee issues for years that's prevented me from trying most sports including surfing. I tried yoga and private crossfit training to get back into shape. While I got stronger in certain ways, physically my low back, knee and core issues got worse to the point I barely could walk, climb stairs and sitting in a car ride for too long without pain all day & night. I received physical therapy but afterwards needed to find other physical fitness. I finally found Pilates instructor Kelly Keesler a year ago. Kelly carefully tailored a program around my existing ailments (knees & low back disc injuries). She continuously adjusted the program around my new injuries from ankle sprains, hamstring tears, frozen shoulder, heel spurs, and bicep tear. Most importantly Kelly does not let me cheat on any exercise, down to calling me on micro muscle adjustment. Gradually I got stronger and stronger to the point I now feel more rejuvenated and energized than ever. It's incredible what I'm capable now vs the limited range of motion and strength I had when I started with her a year ago. I wasn't able to surf for last few years and now can pop up and stay up longer on the rides I catch. I've also found my waist again- great side perk. I've come so far and now feeling stronger from the core on out than I have been in the last 4 years that I was able to go on my 50th birthday surf trip last month and catch some great rides. If you need help getting back into shape and want to do it right, check out Kelly Keesler. She's an amazing instructor and a freakin cool woman to boot! You want to know this woman.
