But after having a baby, it has taken me such a long time to get back to a place where I feel good in my body. Surprisingly, working with Sarah weekly for 3 weeks now, has already brought me back in touch with my body and my strength in ways that I have really missed. Sarah has a personal training background, and is getting her masters in physical and mental fitness (which I didn't even know about), and working with her is different then working with other trainers (as I have in the past). The shower curtains are TOO SMALL and don't cover the opening And why do they have a curtained place in front of the actual shower stall but 1 hook and no bench to put your clothing on ‍‍ 4. The new PF has almost 2 of most equipment, while crunch has 1 of many and OFTEN their crap equipment is broken and takes SEVERAL MONTHS to be repaired 5. I am the most physically fit I've been in my life, and I relish the boost in my mental and emotional health from every session.
