I don't like to exercise much and especially when getting instruction from another person. I…read morechanged my mind after one visit here with my wife. We love our instructor, Morganne. She is not overbearing or cruel but she's not easy on us, either. She helps explain the exercises and moves us a long at a pace we can handle but still challenges us. We learn the progressive nature of the exercises (one prepares for the next) and how to properly feel the exercise and do it correctly. The facility is clean, well-lit, warm and inviting. The staff are all very friendly and responsive. There are two or three changing booths and a bathroom. Filtered water is available to drink. They have flexible hours that fit even our weird schedule. I have never taken Pilates before but here I have learned tower, mat and reformer exercises. The instructors are all trained and certified in power Pilates. They have instruction classes for those wishing to be certified as instructors. I don't know much about the history or technique of Pilates, but I know that this is a great place to go and get started for anyone like me who is hesitant and doesn't like the workout crowd.

Juliet, along with her staff, are all incredible instructors! The one thing I love the most about…read morethis studio is the fact that all of the instructors provide a similar experience - each teaches a class that is engaging and energetic, all while making you feel like you're a part of a larger Pilates family! They keep each class fresh and new, and switch it up often, so it never seems repetitive! I always leaving feeling so much better, and with some new friends! Thank you to Juliet and her team for such an amazing and welcoming place to work out - I love Pilates and all of its truly wonderful benefits!

Alysa was my instructor and she provided feedback and taught a lovely and challenging class. Music was great too. I highly recommend this studio and especially Alysa as an instructor. I had an amazing time and will be back!

I recommend any Pilates or Barre as long as Alysa or her team are involved in it! I had some…read moreexperience with Pilates/Barre before starting private sessions with her, but her guidance and expertise has made all the difference for me, especially as I worked through a hip injury. Fit For You is a must add to your workout regime or a great place to get started and take control of your physical wellness. If you strength train, I think a Pilates session once a week is a great addition to your weekly routine. I truly believe that the programs at Fit For You have made my core stronger, as I've seen advancements in my yoga practice, and it has helped me maintain endurance in strength training. It's really the best way I've found to tone and build muscle stamina. The private sessions solo or with 1-2 others on the Pilates Reformers will help you feel your best by working on areas that you want to target. It's a total body program, but you always can say if you want to focus more on upper or lower body. And even though this is a low impact exercise, it doesn't mean you aren't going to work. She'll sneak in some killer motions that you'll feel the next day and she won't put you on a weight that's too easy for you. I like reformer best for core and arms, but if you really want to focus on your lower body, I would mix in some of the barre classes that the studio offers! I partially dislocated my hip in a different exercise program and Alysa helped me slowly regain strength and get back into exercising safely. She is very knowledgeable and trained about movement and offered helpful advice for at-home stretching and modified exercises. It's been about 5 months since I was cleared to fully exercise again and Alysa still checks in with each movement to make sure it's not putting pressure on my hip.
