As a former gymnast, I couldn't even do a cartwheel. Angela put me at ease right away with her gentle therapeutic approach. She works really well with injuries and other restrictions. Angela's work at APG did more for my core, and my bad back ,in four months than four years of private yoga instruction. The instructors are so friendly and welcoming of all abilities. The front desk people are just as kind and attentive too. They have a small curated selection of fitness clothing, bottled drinks, and other wellness products for browsing before or after a class.
