I was looking for an alternative workout routine based on the fact I'm getting my hip replaced. I was introduced to JP and Salim (owners), and was blown away by their knowledge and friendly approach of the human body and fitness. They introduced me to Isophit training coupled with M.A.T. to prepare me for a speedier recovery from my surgery (Isophit), while relieving my constant pain (M.A.T.). I have been almost pain free while strengthening with a full body Isophit workout. I can't wait to come back post surgery and continue with M.A.T. and Isophit while finally getting back to high impact Red Zone training! Thank you, Salim and JP, you changed my life! Joe M.

I am always greeted warmly by all staff members and I have felt very welcomed since day 1. I found Results looking for ANYTHING to help with my very damaged back that has caused me pain and I have not slept comfortably for a solid 8 years. 1st and foremost Salim, (results trainer) took the time to thoroughly get detailed info about my injury. With the knowledge of what's going on with my body he told me what to expect week by week and he has been spot on. I decided to take the ISOPHIT classes 3 days a week (nutrition plan included) and after a few weeks I was able to mix in some REDZONE classes. It's been 8 years since I have really done any exercise and a bit over a month later, I sleep better then ever and have no more back pain. Results is AMAZING in every way. I don't usually review places unless they are exceptional and Results is!!! My very favorite part of Results is the size. Its personal and I never feel like a number in an overly crowded class where personal attention is void. I can't say enough.....

I have hired a number of personal trainers in the Danbury CT area over the last 15 years and my experiences have been from disgusted to helpful and good. Some trainers have put me on machines, count reps, while looking at their phone, and telling me to run on a cardio machine for 10 minutes to "warm up" amidst my paid session!....This is not acceptable when I am paying around $60/hr! Other trainers are more engaged, and had me use free weights which are a lot better than machines to burn calories. However, a few of these trainers pushed heavy weights on me which I DID NOT feel comfortable lifting at the risk of getting hurt! I have had a couple good trainers that got me in better cardio condition but I sadly never seemed to lose weight because they didn't talk to to me about my nutrition. I had a 45 minute in depth consultation with the coaches at TFW and then they evaluated by body composition with this fancy machine that even let me know my water weight. Then they explained everything and let me know what I need to improve on, how they can help through both training and especially nutrition and would re-evaluate me monthly to make sure my numbers are going in the right direction and I am happy with my results! I have been coming to TFW 4 days a week for the last 6-1/2 months and I have a training package(without contracts) that has me doing a 1on1 session with the owner Andreas & 3 1-hour group classes with his associate Debra. They both push me & motivate me safely to my potential and I always feel like I got a great workout feeling good and wasn't crushed above my means. The other clients in the groups are really nice, supportive people that I have gotten to know personally and can call them my friends. A great friendly environment where I feel like part of a family. I highly recommend checking out TFW. They have a big, spacious facility where I am not worrying about being to close to others and they truly care for their clients. Sincerely, Susan

From the time I entered my interest in that contact page, I've had nothing but an absolute positive experience. As I was a complete novice, I was not familiar with the techniques involved in working out under a CrossFit program. Liam and his staff were incredible in both making me feel comfortable as I progressed through the introductory "ramp up" program. There is a super positive atmosphere to the gym in both location and attitude. Being a very shy person, not once did I feel uncomfortable or awkward in any way whatsoever. In fact, they were very accommodating to my work schedule when I had to cancel a one-on-one session the day before. The support was awesome and I picked up the form and technique very quickly. Safety was always a number one priority. After the introductory sessions, I took part in their morning group classes. I attended both the 530am and 630am classes. Again, starting out as a very overweight and shy person, I never felt uncomfortable or awkward in anyway. The instructors always promoted a positive and supportive group effort. I felt like I was getting one-on-one attention even though it was in a class setting. If you're looking to make a positive physical change and have the best support along the way, then this is the gym for you!
