Barre Boutique Saved my Pandemic Life! I cannot say enough about Barre Boutique, the owner Jeanine and their instructors!!! I have been a loyal and grateful customer for over two years and the ONLY exercise program I have stuck with. The way it has allowed me to build muscle and strength, sculpt and tone has obvious physical benefits but the physiological benefits were a bonus! My confidence and outlook on how to treat my body better is what sustains you and you keep coming back and trying new classes. My usual routine would have me attending 5 classes a week. Cardio, Zen, sculpting they offer a great variety. No boredom at all! When the pandemic hit I was panicked. Thankfully Jeanine and staff did not miss a beat! Jeanine quickly organized and got us a full calendar of Zoom classes. I have continued my passion for barre classes via Zoom during this horrible pandemic. The barre studio has everything you could want in a workout with classes for everyone from beginners to expert level. The classes are challenging yet have the ability to be modified so everyone is working at their level. The instructors are so patient, kind and supportive- and funny. I always think the mark of a great workout is thinking I can't make it through the whole class and then doing it - and feeling completely energized and ready for more. The classes are led by fabulous instructors who make every class different, fun, and challenging. I highly recommend Barre Boutique! I've tried many exercise classes and gyms over the years and I've never stuck with anything because I always get bored. I've been going to classes regularly at Barre Boutique for over three years! In that time, I have NEVER taken the exact same class. This place is the best! I never enjoyed working out until I started going here. The classes are great with lots of times throughout the day to meet everyone's schedule. Each instructor teaches the class differently which makes taking classes with different instructors exciting. Jeanine keeps us going with fun classes with different themes throughout the year. I've been taking classes with the amazing teachers here at the Barre Boutique for the past few years. I'm completely addicted. I've done a few classes at other studios but nothing compares. Each teacher is different, and all wonderful. They push you and motivate you, but with humor and grace.
