I noticed in some other posts that there was confusion about wiping bikes after class..the staff cleans the bikes and the mats/weights after every class which is why we don't do it ourselves. This isn't the YMCA...they told us the staff does this on our first day when we arrived...plus with the prices we pay I would hope we would not have to clean our own equipment..so thank you tribe staff!! I am super appreciative that I can get ready for work here too.. it is a game changer for me since I work two minutes from the gym but live about 20 mins away. There is plenty of space to change and lay out makeup & clothing plus they have hairdryers in the changing rooms. If you are looking for a positive community, fantastic work-outs, and to be supportive of small businesses this is the place to be. No question!

The studio offers a great balance of cardio and strength training with both spin and TRX classes offered. Each and every session leaves me feeling exhausted and sweaty, yet stronger and motivated to come back-- and push myself further the next time. I love the studio; it is bright and spacious. Not underground or in a basement somewhere like some studios are.There is a regular group that comes to these classes and even though they all know each other, they are warm and inclusive of new people. The only thing holding me back from giving RNS Barre class five stars is that weights aren't used and I don't feel I get much of an upper arm workout. RNS offers a variety of dance classes to fit any dancer. They even offer adult classes! If you're looking to take your training to the next level, I'd recommend joining RNS! After nearly 3 months, I feel myself getting stronger, feel like I am making headway with learning the correct positions and breathing. Nicole was our instructor for the day and made sure we were positioning ourselves correctly and doing the workouts with the right posture. There were 6 girls total for a more intimate setting so it was nice being on a smaller class. Being a first time reformer user came easy as I was familiar with many of the positions. But it was hard to hear the cues given with the music. If I wasn't new to this, I would have easily missed out on what to do
