The location is convenient as my previous other old sports club closer to my office closed! So I had to look for another, and this was the closest. They had a good deal for us displaced customers. Unfortunately, they don't have a sauna. And not enough machines etc, but I am grateful all the same for its existence. I removed a star for the very tiny shower area, lack of and inadequate machines and the lack of a sauna. And another star as they could work to keep the facilities a lot cleaner. I feel like I am in a high school gym most times!

The locker room, bathroom, and showers are not great. I wouldn't feel comfortable using the shower and only sparingly use the locker room and bathrooms. The equipment itself is decent. Staff are friendly in my experience and I haven't had many issues. Prices are relatively low in my opinion compared to luxury gyms or health clubs so I don't expect much.

I've been a part of this kickboxing community since before it opened. Many of the trainers and…read moremembers belonged to a different kickboxing community and transferred here when it opened after ILKB closed due to covid restrictions. I love this community. Everyone is so kind and energetic, and coming in for workouts here is both fun and satisfying (as long as as you like getting your butt kicked during your workout). I never leave this place with regret. It always feels great knowing that I have dedicated time to better myself.
