It was nice to come in take photos with the coach and the other gals that were in the class. Plus at sea level I was a beast. I loved every moment. The true test of customer service is the way a person tackles a problem whether big or small. I ran into a small snafu and these ladies had me back in the studio in like 30 seconds. I struggled at cr*nch with the 2 they have and people always waiting to get off it. All the machines are new or if not, they are all taken care of so well, they look new. Its not over crowded. I went so far at 2 different times and it hasn't been crazy. Staff is professional. I am a competitor. Sometimes i can't or don't want to drive to bevs.. this is def much nicer the pretty good as a filler when i don't want to drive to the other gym.

You get what you pay for.

But Master Frank was so patient with her and spoke to her every single time. He noticed that she was very stubborn and that it would take her time to get use to the class. Since he was so patient and understanding and helped guide her through most of the classes, she eventually ended up loving the class and finally started doing the classes on her own! We were so proud of her. The only thing I would wish was for another class to be around 5 or 6 because she won't be able to attend Saturday classes anymore and Mondays are the only classes that start at 6:10pm. There is a class another day that starts at 7 but that's around bedtime for her. Other than that, this is such a great place for children to learn Taekwondo!

We are very impressed with Master Frank and the wonderful instructors. I am amazed at the improvement my daughter has shown in only a few short months. She will be testing for her yellow belt next week and she couldn't be more excited. I didn't know anything about Taekwondo before this past summer, but I'm so glad we joined the Ultimate Champions TKD family!! Taekwondo teaches amazing skills both physically and mentally. It's wonderful for children in so many aspects. We also love all the fun programs that they do outside of class... like specials for holidays and kids night out events! :-)

I just called…read moreto address an issue about their patrons being unsafe and not wearing proper attire while running haphazardly into traffic in pitch black darkness at 6am. I almost hit a silver haired fellow because he was in all black with no reflectors. I honked and he yelled at me and banged on my car with his hand. They need to be in reflective gear and aware of their surroundings they do not own the road and are a hazard to safe drivers. I then called them to report the issue, and make sure they addressed this with their customers. The woman who answered the phone could not have been ruder telling me "I must not be a runner" and that I had a "bad attitude" she really rubbed me the wrong way. Funny thing is is that I am an attorney and a part time personal trainer so I am well versed in all laws, guidelines and safety protocols of both lines of work. The rude woman then hung up the phone ON me and could not be bothered to address her facilities lack of safety protocol for their patrons. The man was running in the middle of the road in all black, does he have a death wish? Do the trainers there not care about their patrons enough to make sure they are dressed properly to do their workout? It is truly deplorable. The town and the chamber of commerce have already been notified about the incident, along with various other complaints from local residents in regard to this and their patrons illegal and dangerous parking on neighboring roads. There are so many other crossfit gyms in the area, take your money and go to one that cares about your safety and well being.
