Not only does it hold true to the name 'beginner' class (others I tried were false advertising) but the whole class itself was exactly what I wanted, and my body needed. The owner Heidi is phenomenal and so patient with everyone who attends- she has a true teachers heart and the talent of a professional athlete / dancer. Taking a fitness class from anyone can be made or broken by the leadership and you won't be disappointed by the experience here. Everyone is always friendly and welcoming. Allsport helps me stay in shape and I like that I can choose a workout option that works for me. I was really impressed with the class; the instructor was really focused on alignment, had moves I hadn't practiced before (and I have been to a LOT of barre classes), and brought a ton of positive energy. The class was full but not over-packed, and it was a great workout with a lot of stretching and relaxation. An extra bonus: we met the owner, Ashley, who is local and has a dance background. When I first signed up, the front desk clearly told me I was only committing to a three-month subscription and could decide whether to renew after that. That sounded fair--so I signed up. Four months after I stopped attending, I realized they had continued charging me $211.64 per month without a single courtesy call, check-in, or even a reminder. When I reached out, I was told the subscription automatically renews and requires 30 days' notice to cancel. This was never made clear upfront. It's sneaky, misleading, and feels like a deliberate cash grab. On top of that, their class availability is trash. There's a massive gap in the middle of the day, and all the decent class times fill up fast--making it nearly impossible to attend consistently, even if you wanted to. That lack of flexibility is a huge problem for anyone with a normal schedule. I've had far better results doing free Pilates classes at home on YouTube. If you're looking for quality, accessible instruction without the shady fine print, I highly recommend Move with Nicole and Issa Welly Pilates. Both are fantastic and totally free. Save your money. Save yourself the frustration. There are much better options out there that respect both your schedule and your wallet.

I was definitely challenged in the class but in a way that makes me want to go back and get stronger. Highly recommend trying a class with Lily!

April 2025 NO HANDICAPPED PARKING SPOTS…read more WTF The saga continues Broken equipment popping up every where WHO EVER is attempting to fix the equipment, their fixes DON'T LAST at all AND AND AND someone comes in to fix broken equipment but SKIPS fixing other equipment that the staff is WELL AWARE OF And one problem is that equipment that there is only 1 or 2 of them in the gym breaks so your F*****D The staff now spend most of their time BS'ing at the front desk, and lately the play on their own laptops that the bring in THE PLACE IS OUT OF CONTROL

I had paid for a membership in full back in early 2025. That membership I had agreed to and paid in full was $9.99 a month and close to $125 for the year. I expected to have to pay in full again this year but no I'm seemingly back on a monthly and Three months in a row now I've been automatically charged $88.99, $18.99 and now $19.99. I never agreed to any membership at these rates, the large sum I assume is the yearly charge for gym upkeep and what not. Understandable although hardly ever reflected in the gyms quality. So I went in two weeks ago to cancel my membership the girl at the desk said cancellations can only be done through the app now. Which is ludicrous. My app however with my only email I have, says I have not been a member since 2022. She says okay she will submit some sort of request for it to be cancelled. Well, two weeks have gone by nothing confirming my cancellation and I'm now being charged another recurring $19.99 but this time instead of it being the normal withdraw date of the 19th it's now 5 days earlier on the 14th..!? I've tried calling the location 5 times this morning no answer. What an absolutely horrendous gym this has become.
