Went for 9 PM workout last night, Monday New Year's Day. Got turned away at the door. I said online shows 11 pm closing. His stern response was 9 pm. Really bad attitude towards customers who planned their workout around their posted hours. Just to be treated poorly like that. I'm canceling my membership and advise strongly against this facility. Poor customer service, equipment always breaks and the holidays are always a problem.

Did my orientation with trainer Chris. If I could afford a personal trainer, I would have a standing appointment with Him (thorough, kind, friendly, encouraging, made sure I understood "Why" something is recommended and "How" to do it properly and How it would impact my goals before moving on to the next exercise). Gym is well laid out and the staff is friendly. The other members are welcoming. Not in the "hey new person, let me show you around sort of way" but in the acknowledge you with a smile and a hello or even chuckle or return your Dad joke sort of way. It's nice to not be treated as a lost cause or fat joke.

I absolutely LOVE this gym! I started coming to Crunch Fitness in February as a guest with a friend, ended up getting my own membership a few weeks later. What I love most about this gym is the classes. The trainers push you, help you, and guide you throughout the workouts. A HUGE shout out to Kristen (who's one of the awesome trainers) at Crunch fitness, for pushing me and giving me fitness advice. Also can't forget about Laurie, Penny, and Janson ( who are also awesome trainers) I also love taking there classes. Thanks to Crunch Fitness I'm 53 lbs down. This is truly like my 2nd home!!! Thank you to all the trainers who helped me along my journey.

Its approach is comprehensive: 100 % supervised, full-body regimens with personalized modifications and progress tracking. I've tried different systems for strength-training in gyms and on my own, but none gave me the results I've seen and felt in the past year. I am the most physically fit I've been in my life, and I relish the boost in my mental and emotional health from every session. Plus, I've never experienced difficulty finding or rescheduling sessions to work for me, so I've found it easy to keep the habit going. The community is unexpectedly wonderful as well. I enjoy the intergenerational semi-private group sessions and the relationships I build with other members. The spirit created is non-competitive, calm, friendly, and light-hearted. There's no intimidation. Edward, Giancarlo, and Felice are fantastic trainers. I feel amazed that I continue to learn something new about a workout, strategy, machine, muscle function, etc. at every single session. These three know their subject. They are kind, patient, and engaging with me and other members across gender identities, ages, and other demographics. I finished my rehabilitation in 2025. But, I continue my membership at Strength for Life and highly recommend them. Sure, I benefit from addressing issues that arise in other body parts.
