Its approach is comprehensive: 100 % supervised, full-body regimens with personalized modifications and progress tracking. I've tried different systems for strength-training in gyms and on my own, but none gave me the results I've seen and felt in the past year. I am the most physically fit I've been in my life, and I relish the boost in my mental and emotional health from every session. Plus, I've never experienced difficulty finding or rescheduling sessions to work for me, so I've found it easy to keep the habit going. The community is unexpectedly wonderful as well. I enjoy the intergenerational semi-private group sessions and the relationships I build with other members. The spirit created is non-competitive, calm, friendly, and light-hearted. There's no intimidation. Edward, Giancarlo, and Felice are fantastic trainers. I feel amazed that I continue to learn something new about a workout, strategy, machine, muscle function, etc. at every single session. These three know their subject. They are kind, patient, and engaging with me and other members across gender identities, ages, and other demographics. I finished my rehabilitation in 2025. But, I continue my membership at Strength for Life and highly recommend them. Sure, I benefit from addressing issues that arise in other body parts. But more importantly, the program excels at meeting my weekly strength-training needs and giving me the other outcomes I detail above. P.S. The organization doesn't market or post on social media much, and the website is no longer running. I contacted the team using the phone number provided.

Dylan and Steve both helped me and have pushed me to be were I want to be ! When I started here I was in a workout rut. ( attending a local gym ; having no idea how to use machines, or how to get in shape). I came here for a free consultation to figure out what needed to be done !! I now attend the semi-private training classes and come weekly ! It is affordable and just what I needed to get and stay in shape ! They also have yoga and massage at the facility ! Both extremely helpful after workouts !

The staff was super friendly and explained in detail how and why we were doing what we were doing. Everyone working out was very welcoming especially the trainers. Needless to say I had a great workout and learned some new stretching and warm up exercises I could try in my room. If you live in the area and looking for a place to help get you in shape, this is the place. Much love from Texas! Thanks again Cat and Sean.

I started training with Sean, Ken and Cat and felt results after only one week. After a month or two the weight was coming off and all i did was attend classes and make some minor changes to my diet. After 6 months I was down 40 lbs and felt in the best shape of my life and again I only changed a few things in my diet. At the age of 50 i was able to achieve my life long dream of climbing Mt Kilimanjaro, the highest peak in Africa! I had given up on this dream and only when i became an Orca member did I find the new lease on life and saw the possibility of fulfilling this dream. I highly recommend this life changing gym to anyone that wants to improve their daily life and feel 1000% better about themselves!! The best part is all you have to do is show up and the trainers will lead you to success!

This is a smaller, outdated gym.... But, it's usually pretty low key up in there, which makes using…read morethe squat rack a breeze. See, if you go to crunch, or golds, there's a thick meat fest going on, and the fellas like to hold down the squat rack for hours at a time. So, you have to work around your squats, which can ruin your flow. At Taconic, however, maybe 4 people actually do squats, so it's never a problem. Walk in, and B line it right to the squat rack. Sweet! It costs $44 a month, which is almost twice what most places charge, but you get that private feel for the extra cost. Well, it only costs me $25 a month via health ways program for being a Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance carrier. ($25 gets me in all the gyms BOOM) People apparently wait to take the worst smelling dumps ever recorded in human history at this place. I feel bad for the employees who work at the desk which is connected to the men's locker room door. Cardio equipment, free weights, cable machines, and various push, pull, ab and leg machines. A nice sized room for classes, stretching, sleeping, farting, staring at yourself in the mirrors, snorting pre workout, having a sneaky dart, etc. Staff is super friendly, although small, tiny, and weak af. Dan, Dom, and Paul are probably the weakest people you'll ever meet in your life. Don't let that fool you, it has nothing to do with the weights! The weights are perfectly fine, they weigh exactly what it says on them. Mostly, it has to do with them being extremely loose, flapping vagina holes. Seriously, go there. Support the place. It's nice to be able to lift without being surrounded by dozens of stacked ass body builders deflating your sense or accomplishment, because your a scrawny twig with horrible form and no rhyme or reason.

So far, this *may* be it... but not sure yet. I don't believe that any space can replicate a box bc you're a fish bowl in these types of gyms, with bystanders just gawking at you, like who does he think he is? That aside, this space seemed good. There were ample Bosu balls, medicine balls, I didn't see any wall balls, there were some metal box jump looking things that seemed too short or narrow to jump on, but whatever, and kettle bells. Truthfully, I was I was just happy to dead lift off a stupid machine rack. Or clean, or snatch. Whatever! I couldn't imagine doing that though with volume of people around. It'd be hard. Then, there's no space to rack your bar for squats. I just am annoyed by the binaries of gym models. For a normal person, I'm sure this would be OK. Then, there's a football (American soccer) field and basketball courts for a league that meets on Fridays. There's youth activities too. I wanted to fall in love, but I fell in like...and it was A OK

I didn't want to come back.... It opened at the perfect time as I was in between yoga studios trying to find one to call my home. I decided to try the new student introductory offer. I figured it would get me to come back more than once. It worked, even though it kicked my butt. I came almost every day this past month. Sometimes two or three classes a day. I fell in love with yoga and the trapeze! The trapeze is so much more accessible than mat yoga, being able to go into deeper inversions and building more strength faster. Within days I've been noticing huge changes in my body that I was never able to achieve with a gym membership. Gravity yoga is all about trusting the trapeze and in doing so, you begin trusting you're own body. Since starting I have more confidence and trust in my body as I've ever had before from any yoga class. I've found a passion. I'm so happy I came back as I've found my home here at ZoMo. The community is great! Zosha is the best! I can't wait to see what the future has in store! My advice: stick with it. You'll see the full mental and physical transformation yourselves!
