I've never been able to maintain a consistent work out routine, but Fit Social has changed that. I have fun in every class and I actually look forward to working out. I've tried different systems for strength-training in gyms and on my own, but none gave me the results I've seen and felt in the past year. I am the most physically fit I've been in my life, and I relish the boost in my mental and emotional health from every session. Plus, I've never experienced difficulty finding or rescheduling sessions to work for me, so I've found it easy to keep the habit going. The community is unexpectedly wonderful as well. I enjoy the intergenerational semi-private group sessions and the relationships I build with other members. The spirit created is non-competitive, calm, friendly, and light-hearted. There's no intimidation. Edward, Giancarlo, and Felice are fantastic trainers. I feel amazed that I continue to learn something new about a workout, strategy, machine, muscle function, etc. at every single session. These three know their subject. They are kind, patient, and engaging with me and other members across gender identities, ages, and other demographics. I finished my rehabilitation in 2025. But, I continue my membership at Strength for Life and highly recommend them. Sure, I benefit from addressing issues that arise in other body parts. I repeatedly tried to contact the company over a 30 day period to return the items. No response. E-mailed twice, posted a comment on their Facebook thread. Found another complaint from a customer with a delivery problem and they also took weeks to respond to her, giving the excuse of supply chain problems and employee shortages. Filed a dispute with American Express, opened complaints with the BBB and my state's attorney general. No response. Finally tracked down an e-mail for the owner, Ray. Ray finally got back with me a few days ago, almost 30 days later, and is refusing to provide a free return label. Repeatedly implied I ordered the wrong items which I did not. Unable to even compare the actual item number ordered on the website because they didn't provide the item number with the e-mailed receipt (see screen prints). Despite advertising free shipping, they expect the customer to pay for shipping when returned. Stated I have chosen to ignore his response to PayPal. Untrue. PayPal sent me an e-mail saying I have to contact American Express. American Express has sent me no pertinent paperwork on this dispute. I've never requested paperwork from PayPal or requested an update from them. PayPal isn't even handling this dispute correctly. I would not recommend doing business with this company.
