History
Established in 2019.
After 20 years of practice and 16 years of teaching yoga, I discovered that many of the repetitive motions and postures in the traditional style of Vinyasa and Ashtanga yoga are not ergonomically kind to our bodies over time. Through discovery of my own practice and many teacher trainings, my practice and teaching style has shifted to more grounding, strengthening approach, where alignment is maintained and repetitive motions are visited in a way that won’t cause injury or strain.
When I introduced the Yoga Trapeze into my own practice, it opened up gates to new worlds where squatting, lunging, deep core and posterior chain work became accessible to me despite the limitations that I had because of hyper flexibility in my knees from years of gymnastics. When long hold inversions (traction) in the Yoga Trapeze began to heal a 7 year cervical facet joint injury in my neck, I knew that I had to share this gift with my community, and maybe even the world.

Meet the Business Owner: Zosha B.
A 20 year yoga journey has organically led me down the unexpected path that led me to the creation of ZoMo yoga.
As a gymnast/dancer turned yoga practitioner, my practice was once focused on as many acrobatic and advanced postures I could fit into an hour +.
After quite a few years and 2 children back to back, this practice no longer served me, and I began to gravitate toward a lineage of longevity.
Through extensive trainings with multiple amazing teachers and exploration of my own practice, I can offer a transformative practice that you will carry into your golden years.
Bringing the Yoga Trapeze into my own practice and teaching has opened doors into a whole new world, making yoga accessible to everyone. Through long hold inversions, cradled and supported backbends, deep core and posterior chain work and pulling, rowing and grip strength exercises that fill in the gaps of mat yoga, you will discover total mind-body transformation and Yoga for Life.
