Her attentiveness and the detail of her instruction varies on the students' needs. Her teaching style was firm, focused and yet energetically calming. I found myself pushing myself to do better and feeling good about it. I can only imagine that the other classes and their instructors are just as good. I read some reviews about how this is a legit yoga spot and I'm so glad we checked it out. I'm always a fan of places that put the work in the services they offer; as opposed to investing in the beautification and aesthetics of the place but offering subpar service.
