I've been going for 2 months now (at least 4 days a week for the past month) and I (and my wife) have noticed changes in my attitude and physical appearance, all for the better. The on boarding process was easy and a great into into what CrossFit is, the classes are great, one hour in and out, no thinking of what to do next. I go at 530AM and have the whole day for my wife and kids. So now when they wake up I'm waiting downstairs with breakfast and coffee for everyone. The coaches are all very friendly and helpful. They will learn your limits and help you push through them. The other athletes are really some of the friendliest people you'll meet. A week ago when running one of the more athletic guys pushed me and another runner the last 100m to an all out sprint for the last lap. I wouldn't have done it on my own.

The full body prob Machine was excellent in determining my body needs as well. Not as "cheap" as planet fitness but a much better and larger deal. We loved the outdoor pool too over the summer. I was told I had to join in order to reserve the court. The courts were horrible and there was a clinic for young children going on so the noise was outrageous. It was a painful experience to play there. The desk was too busy on my way out and I forgot to end my membership. I had it on automatic pay. I called eventually and was told I had to write and email in order to cancel. I did so, and now I receive another monthly charge. I know I was stupid in signing up in the first place. Just know that this is not a place to play tennis and that there is a hard sales pitch to join.

Parking is in a shared mall lot, so it's free but can get a little crowded during peak hours. I started training with Sean, Ken and Cat and felt results after only one week. After a month or two the weight was coming off and all i did was attend classes and make some minor changes to my diet. After 6 months I was down 40 lbs and felt in the best shape of my life and again I only changed a few things in my diet. At the age of 50 i was able to achieve my life long dream of climbing Mt Kilimanjaro, the highest peak in Africa!
