We spent 1.5 hours warming up, getting used to the flow, learning beginner level salsa, even Suzy Q salsa step. I've danced salsa for so many years but never actually took an adult dance class just for fun. It was the perfect date with my favorite +1 and such a fun way to do something different and learn something new with zero pressure. Kathryn was amazing and she made it so easy to learn. We had a full house and everyone was so fun to dance with no matter the skill set or experience, everyone was welcome. Absolutely love the revamped studio and how big and full of light the room is. There are so many classes on their schedule and so many fun things to try for adults only. Great space where no one takes themselves too seriously and you can come learn and have fun. Can't wait to do another fun class here again!

On several occasions, I witnessed my granddaughter being subjected to bullying by several girls in her class. I told Tanya about the girls' inappropriate behavior, and I was told that "my granddaughter will make friends." Due to her lackadaisical attitude, I became extremely vocal, pulled my granddaughter from their school and demanded a refund, which they obliged. Additional complaints is that there is no guidance, communication, and the studio is sloppy and unclean. A child is not a commodity, and needs to be treated as such. Both owners are pompous regarding the amount of years that they have been in business. So, what does that mean to you, a prospective client? You will be subjected to ridicule if you make a complaint, regardless of the complaint, just because they have been in business for several decades. And, if your child is bullied, there may be no recourse. It seems that both Tanya and Betty Jean were angrier at me for bringing up this situation than being accountable and responsible for not having a no-bullying policy in place. On a positive note, my granddaughter is now in a clean, well-established, well-structured, fun, and disciplined ballet school, and she is thriving. She is very happy and can enjoy her classes and classmates without any worries.

I always wanted to dance but bought into the "I'm not a good dancer" thing. While a few have…read moreinborn talent, dancing is a skill so you don't know what you can do until you dare to really try. We're new to this area and are grateful to have discovered this friendly, inspiring place. The variety of classes is great and they're planning to add more. My husband and/or I have tried the "Move, Groove and Improve", Basics/Beginner Tap and Groove3 classes. They're all different and fun! You will not be judged here. I dance for the unique mental challenges it provides(btw, there are a LOT of STEM people in some of these dance communities!), because I'm tired of being clumsy, and to increase both my bone density and balance. I'm easily bored by most exercise so dancing is really a joy.
