Ms. Gould has -Given me incentive to work out more frequently. -taught me techniques to strengthen my body through repetition exercises and core muscle training. -taught me various exercises using fitness balls, resistance bands, chairs and other home gym equipment. -challenged me to work harder to improve my stamina and balance. What I like most about Juliet Gould is her genuine enthusiasm for what she does, which is building strength and empowerment by helping me to reach my personal fitness goals. The workouts are varied to include Zumba, stretching, Yoga, Pilates, etc. Ms. Gould is mindful of my physical limitations, injuries, health concerns and works with me to design exercises that are tailored for my body. Since training with Ms. Gould, I have noticed an improvement in my body as it is leaner and stronger and I have been able to increase my workout time from one hour to an hour and a half. Taura is the only one who makes a big stink out of that, and even though I come out without arguing, she still told on me and had her supervisor come in to scold me. I highly recommend the pool area, but I do not recommend going in the hot tub on Sunday mornings because she is also disrespectful in general. Other members are starting to complain about her too.

There's so much more knowledge in exercise science/physiology, to which I am eager to learn and apply. Thus, Warlock is a great new gym for Crossfit and Yoga. The trainers are so knowledgeable, and equally challenge and educate me each workout. The gym is atypical, so if you're expecting amenities other than than top equipment, perhaps Golds or Crunch would be better. This gym has top of the line Rogue equipment, in a setting that is conducive to a great workout. In other words, show up ready to work out with your trainer and other crossfitters. There's a bathroom and some cubbies for your things, but plan on showering elsewhere. I'm new to the Crossfit environment, and Erik and Chris, the owners, have allayed any fears I had about hurting myself, and squashed any stereotypes I associated with Crossfitters. There's no key tag or sign in. Everyone knows you, and you just show up for your class. There's a workout on the board, so if your familiar with WODs, then your all set. If you're like me, a beginner, Erik takes the time to scale the workout and teach you the correct form to improve each week. I opted for the charter membership, which gives me unlimited classes throughout the year, including yoga. I'm hopeful that they'll also include mobility classes too. If you read this before November 1st, you can still sign up for that plan! In sum, I'll admit that I was close minded towards Crossfit, Crossfitters, and the stereotypes/ lifestyle associated with it. It isn't like that at all... She told me I had to supply my credit card information, "just in case you want a water or something"... I told her that shouldn't be necessary since I have my own water bottle and towel, etc etc.. Had a nice convo with her and I loved the high energy and good vibes of the place I also really love that they use cups without the need for straws for their smoothies which is much better for the planet! All of the instructors bring amazing energy and the programming is unique and regularly changing, so you're never bored with a circuit or spin class. Everyone is so welcoming and honestly you can't help but feel cool when you're there. The small group training/personal training is unmatched. I've never been able to maintain a consistent work out routine, but Fit Social has changed that. I have fun in every class and I actually look forward to working out. Now, thanks to Fit Social, I am the strongest I've ever been. They also have a super convenient and yummy smoothie bar to get some post work out fuel. I recommend this gym to anyone and everyone. You won't be disappointed when you come here!
