They have a variety of services available for all ages. This is hands down - the best workout you can come across in the Lower Hudson Valley area! They helped me to tone up and build core and upper body strength that I never had before. This establishment is good for all ages. I have never taken any of these classes but the instructors are so knowledgeable, observant, and patient. They made me feel comfortable every time I went to class. I have only been coming here a couple of months and I can already see an improvement in my game and an increase in my confidence. Augie also takes great pride in his establishment and provides the best equipment so we are always protected. Additionally, the other students are welcoming, knowledgeable, and are always willing to help you. Everyone is always looking out for each other and it truly feels that you belong to a family there. You will not regret spending your time, money, and energy here.

I came to a Wednesday 830 pm class, and i loved it. The instructor was quite helpful. I have never done any Muay Thai, and he helped me through each step. I felt like i got a good total body workout, and the time flew by. The parking lot is a little tricky to get to. If you have any problems, just call them and they will direct you where to park. Now i know how to throw some punches and kicks, and i cant wait to go back and get some more training!
