    DON"T BOTHER. Overpriced dump…read more This place is filthy. Nobody ever cleans. Dust, cobwebs, sweat, etc. I cleaned the handgrip of dumbbell once and the cloth was BLACK. Disgusting. The equipment is old, often broken. Most TVs don't work. If it rains hard enough, a ton of water comes through one of windows right where the treadmills are plugged in. I have a video of it if anybody wants to see. The risk of getting electrocuted is a possibility. I'm unsure how this place is allowed to be open. Staff is almost never present, people do whatever they want, including bringing in their own music and blasting it to the point where the gym floor shakes. When the staff is available, they're rude. They bill membership every two weeks and try to lock you into a TWO YEAR contract for the "best rates" which are still higher than any gym in the area. And mind you ALL the gyms in the area are bigger and cleaner. And don't forget the emergency phone that's available. There's a big sign that says a phone for emergency. But no phone is ever present. Just the charger. Horrible, awful, dreadful place.

She responded very quickly and she has trained me and my mother for a few months now. She is an extremely knowledgeable, patient, and encouraging trainer! She pushes me to always do my best while working out and she truly cares about all her clients. I highly recommend her to anyone at any point in their fitness journey!

We were taught an array of moves on the pole and then moved onto a full chair dance routine. The women in our party ranged in age from their early 20's to late 50's -- and everyone had a blast! I can't say enough good things about our experience. As for the regular classes, I took a class here about a year ago and really enjoyed myself. Unfortunately, I don't live in the area or else Sweat Like A Girl would be my full-time workout studio.

I quickly became tired of the elliptical, tired of the treadmill, and the only thing I knew for sure was that if my workouts continued to feel like chores, I'd never stick with them. I tried the Fight Club class after checking out classes at a few other gyms, and I was instantly hooked. It was first time I realized I could have a good time working out. It took me a while to try out some of the other classes, but now, SuperGirl is my favorite. It's always something different, but consistently keeps me working hard. But the really surprising thing was, it didn't take me long to feel comfortable there. Heather, the owner of the gym who also happens to be the main instructor for many classes, is equally a motivator, an entertainer, and a hardcore fitness instructor. I start out each class feeling scared for the intensity i know is about to be inflicted upon my body, and psyched, in the same was anybody is before they are about to do something they know is going to be completely fun and rewarding. Any class with Heather usually includes a stand-up routine at no extra charge. And not surprisingly, smiling and laughing a lot while you're sweating like crazy, definitely takes the pressure off. Actually, all the instructors are pretty cool, care about your success, and will give you a great workout. I've met a lot of people at this gym, and the pervasive attitude is one of support, non-judgement, and willingness to help each other out. The whole environment is pretty cool, and rare. There's something for everybody, whether your idea of fitness involves flipping tires, interval training, running, dancing, pole, or kicking and punching. And the price is definitely right.

    Working with Sarah is everything I wanted from training…read more I have a movement background, and really enjoy feeling good in my body. But after having a baby, it has taken me such a long time to get back to a place where I feel good in my body. Surprisingly, working with Sarah weekly for 3 weeks now, has already brought me back in touch with my body and my strength in ways that I have really missed. Sarah has a personal training background, and is getting her masters in physical and mental fitness (which I didn't even know about), and working with her is different then working with other trainers (as I have in the past). She is very clear on teaching me the skills and movements (weight lifting and strength training), and I am doing things that I have only seen in movies or on Youtube on Instagram. She keeps the exercises interesting and fun and she's endlessly coming up with new ways to keep you engaged (and sore). She's also a really good hang - important for when you are spending a lot of downtime between lifting heavy objects. Sarah is funny, smart, endlessly curious - just a lot of fun to spend an hour with every week.
