Four months ago, I signed up for twice-weekly training usually in a small group. Pure Physique fitness trainers follow a different workout regime each week devised by owner Mike Lipowski. After each 30-mins workout, I learn about some new muscle group I never knew I had. Small groups are coed and the routine is adjusted for each person. Sessions start and end on time. The training is personal, timed, intense for me, and non-stop. I have noticed real increase in body strength and muscle tone. The trainers are committed to their craft, and I give high marks to Beth, Heidi, Luke and Elie. Mike Lipowski and the team at Pure Physique are phenomenal. I first signed up for a complimentary session with Mike in April. During the session, he explained how they tailor the workouts to what you are looking for and he explained how the pricing structure worked. Then we went through a full workout session. Once it was done there was no added pressure to sign up. Mike simply let me know that I can sign up online. A week later I used their online portal and bought a package for a month. At first, I thought the pricing was a bit high, but looking back at it is totally worth it. People (myself included) tend to spend money on a lot of useless things. I don't think you will regret spending money here, because you will see results in your fitness/health. I have been going back weekly for the last two months and have seen great results. Their team of professionals tailor the training to exactly what you are looking for. Best part is that they correct your form and ensure you are doing the exercises the right way so you do not hurt yourself. When I first began training at PURE PHYSIQUE I was looking to lose weight and to keep and build lean muscle. I have been a member of Pure Physique since March 2010, starting as prep for my wedding day. I lost weight and got toned in only 2 months. I have continued going to Pure Physique and training with Mike Lipowski, two times a week and still see changes in my body, I have muscles I never knew existed! Mike is constantly changing the work out and trying new things, so every single training session is different. He is always running on time and is always accommodating when it comes to scheduling my training sessions. The half hour personal training sessions are great for a busy working person who wants to work out but can't put aside tons of time.
