A few days ago I worked out with Ronelle and today my muscles are sore (in an awesome way - as if I had gone surfing or some other workout I never do.) At first I stuck to running which just isn't the same in my personal opinion. Then, IFS started rolling out "LIVE Virtual Training Sessions" via zoom/youtube. At first I was skeptical because I'm not a fan of looking at a screen and following a workout. I need equipment and weights to really feel like I achieved a satisfactory workout....or so I thought. So I swallowed my pride and enrolled in my first "LIVE Virtual Training Session". Let me tell you it kicked my A**. Not only did it meet my expectations of a great workout, but it also taught me where I was struggling and/or overlooking in terms of fundamentals. Whether you have weights and equipment at home, or nothing at all, IFS caters to your needs by offering alternative moves and/or workouts. The sessions don't feel taxing or boring and by the time it's over, you're sweaty and swole again. I would definitely recommend IFS, now more than ever.

Now, as a a graduating senior in high school, I've been hooked into the fitness and health-centric lifestyle that all of the amazing trainers here encourage. The trainers themselves have become my family over the years (love you all!), and the people that I've met working out here have been so kind and made my first experience as a young person in a gym so much more comfortable. With a heavy heart, I'll be leaving this year to go off to college, but I can safely say that I'll find my way back to Infinity Fitness any time I can. I have to say, best month of my life when it comes to fitness and working out. So I decided to continue for another couple of months. What they offer here is quite different than your typical gym and their trainers. Not only do you get experience doing unconventional workouts, but you gain knowledge on proper form, nutrition, goal setting, etc. And you get this all from the owners! To me that important. The ability to work daily with the people that run the establishment and believe in what they do speaks volumes. Dave, Dan and Howie are very personable during the bootcamp sessions that sometimes have 10-12 people. Every session feels like a one-on-one training session, which is not what you would expect. Overall, Infinity is a great place to go if you'd like to change your everyday boring gym workout to a fast-paced, personal, focused workout. I'd HIGHLY recommend Infinity Fitness to everyone (already referred someone who signed up for a month!).
