I received a Reiki session today from Karen today it was amazing. Karen also Certified me to be a Reiki practitioner. I highly recommend Karen for Reiki she is a true blue healer. Karen energy is pure and full of love, joy, peace, compassion. I was feeling completely healed by the end of my session. read more

Karen helped me get in shape by training me in my home, taking me shopping, and teaching me how to prepare healthy, affordable meals. She taught me so much about the right kinds of foods to eat for my goals -- definitely NOT a "one-diet-fits-all" approach. She listened to my needs and desires and helped me customize a workout and menu that fits my lifestyle. Thanks to Karen, I'm in better shape then I ever thought I would be! She also used Reiki while helping me stretch out one problem shoulder I had. It was amazing, so I also had a few Reiki treatments from her. Karen has a terrific intuitive knowledge of what an individual person (and body) needs, and her no-nonsense (but compassionate) approach is perfect. So glad I met her and worked with her! read more

Karen is a breath of fresh air. I first attended her yoga classes almost 3 years ago, and I loved her style. Karen has a beautiful energy and teaching style. You can really feel her passion for health of the body and mind. I improved my practice and experienced personal growth during my time with Karen, and learned so much about yoga l, healing and health. I continued practicing during my pregnancy, and felt at ease as she pointed out modifications for me. I'm so glad I attended her classes, and hope to return soon! read more

Karen is an excellent yoga teacher. She cares about health and conditioning and is always expanding her ability and learning new things. While I have not done Reiki with her, I am sure she is one of the best and will help anyone with their needs. Highly recommend Karen. read more
