I joined October 2019 after my gym closed down. I really enjoy coming here. The staff are super welcoming and the studio is very clean. They have been amazing during Covid and make me feel very safe following protocols. The coaches are amazing. I regularly take classes with Danielle V, Michele and StaiSean. They are all amazing! They want to get to know you and your strengths. On multiple occasions they have come up to me and switch my weights because they know I can handle it, because they know I want the challenge, because they believe in me! They are always watching you to make sure your form is right, they tell you when you need to slow down and focus on your form. I have definitely seen changes to my body but also to my strength and speed. The studio is very welcoming to different levels and offers modifications to all the workouts. I highly recommend it! read more

Orange Theory has gotten me back on my fitness journey with their amazing coaches! They modify the workout to whatever you're comfortable with and hype you up for the whole workout. Always a 10/10 workout at OTF Wayne! read more

I transitioned to OTF Wayne from my previous gym a few months ago - I needed a more affordable, more rigorous program. Needless to say, the rigor was not too big of an ask. I was intimidated at first but have come to deeply enjoy this gym. I've been a "light" runner for 20 years, but never truly enjoyed the process...until now. The OTF program and the Wayne coaches (Lucas, Enrico, Steven, Cara, Dan) are encouraging, fun, genuine and incredibly upbeat. Not only do I enjoy running, but I've experienced gains in my pace and my endurance that I have not experienced (as a runner) since I was much younger. This place is excellent, and I'm grateful that I tried something new. read more

I've been a member since August 2019 and it's the only fitness program that I've ever followed religiously. This is all because of the environment. The staff is amazing. They are friendly, motivating and helpful. Someone is always there smiling to great you as you walk in the door. The coaches have motivated me to do things I never thought I'd be able to do. They push me when they know I can do better and encourage me when I'm struggling. The studio was immaculate pre-COVID. When they re-opened there was never a doubt in my mind that I would return. Pre-COVID there were cleaning protocols that members followed and not those protocols are emphasized even more. No matter your size or fitness level, Orangetheory Fitness is gym that will help you become the best version of yourself! read more

This is not the regular location I visit, however I come here when there are times that I need that are not available at my preferred location. Overall this place is really great. There is a lot of space in the lobby area, it's very clean, and the staff are very welcoming. The gym area itself is very nice as well. It seems a lot more spacious and spread out than some of the other locations that I have been to. I'll continue to keep this location in mind! read more

This gym is a fucking joke. Costs you an arm and a leg to even join and if you can't make a class they charge you $12. Here's the real kicker, apparently if you're just five minutes late you can't take the class at all??? What kind of bullshit is that? People have lives outside the gym, I work nights and you guys have a stupid gap from 10:45-4:00, I clearly can't take a 10:45 after working a night shift and I have to be back for my next shift so 4:00 is my only option. I arrive 4:06, we're not conducting a secret science experiment, you're allowing to go on the treadmill. This gym is all about making money rather than worrying about people's health and helping society be fit. This gym is a joke lol read more

I'm basing my 4 stars on the program or workout not on the facility. I'll provide an update if needed. I do recommend this franchise to most people if I think it would benefit them. I think it's a great workout but it's not for everyone and I don't mean that because it's too hard. I just mean that it depends on what your goals are. It probably best suits those looking to lose weight or up their VO2 max and need a nice push. I decided to rejoin because I needed the extra motivation. I don't love group classes but I can deal with this. So far I've taken classes with 4 coaches; 1 was Alec who is more experienced (I know he also works at the Totowa location). I think the others just need to find their style but honestly I don't care that much. As long as they can provide me with alternatives to certain exercises and correct poor form that's all that matters to me. read more

I was a member before Covid and finally resigned up. It feels great to be back especially having the motivating coaching staff in Wayne. It is a great workout both mentally and physically. James has especially been great with modifying my workouts due to back injuries. Don't hesitate trying out a class, you will love it! read more

This fitness center has the best staff and coaches. Everyone motivates the members to be better and push. Excellent !!!!

I have been going to OTF Wayne since august 2019...I have never felt better! The minute you walk in you know you are going to leave in a better mood! From the greeting you get as you walk past the amazing front desk staff to the fantastic coaches leading the way to the goodbyes as you walk out exhausted from an amazing workout you'll be counting the hours til you can go back! I highly recommend this studio to anyone wanting a great workout and a community feel!! read more

Obsessed! Super clean studio, excellent staff and awesome trainers. Every class is different and you really get an amazing workout each time. Coaches push you and know who you are which is super encouraging. Feel safe given covid times and I'm so happy I found a studio where feel comfortable and highly engaged. read more

What can I say...I'm addicted to OTF! Love coming to this studio, the staff is great, the trainers are excellent and the sessions are always challenging. I've been coming here for the past few months and can't recommend them enough! This studio has 2 changing rooms, showers and an area to freshen up. My only complaint is the parking but it's not the studios fault. Definitely stop by for a free class, you'll love it! read more

This is literally the best place on Earth! Danielle and Sarah go well above and beyond in every sense of the word. The studio is spotless. The Coaches are so attentive and absolutely motivate us all. I belong for most of my workouts to the 5am crew and we have formed a little family, if you will and we push each other on a daily basis. Danielle if I may mention is always a text away and answers immediately. Sarah waits for me as I am always the first person to arrive in the morning. I had some sort of glitch in my software and got charged 6 cancel fees that were not my fault and Rosaura at tech support figured it out. So thank you Danielle, Sarah and the OTF Wayne for this amazing journey. Ps I look and feel fantastic! read more

Awesome workout and awesome location!! All the coaches are so motivating and really push you to come in and get it done! Really can't recommend this location enough, front desk is also always so accommodating! Thanks OTF WAYNE read more

Orangetheory Fitness of Wayne has become a second home. New friendships, goals set and achieved. Excellent coaches and front staff that is always available and helpful. Best part I look forward to going....Only regret is I wish I found it when I was 30 not 40+. #WOW read more

Same thing happened to me. I booked the class online. Nowhere did it I see it indicated that I had to be there 30 minutes ahead of class. If it was that important, it should be prominently displayed. I was there 21 minutes before start and the young girl at the desk sent me home. Not only did I get a sitter, but I went with a friend and she had to leave too. The desk girl refused even after I told her all this. I doubt that the information needed to work out there takes 30 minutes. We aren't launching a space shuttle for crying out loud. Needless to say this won't be a fitness fad I will be participating in unless the management finds a way to make this right with me. Would give this zero stars if I could. read more

Not a good first impression. Trying to find this place was difficult (studio not clearly visible from the road). I got lost and arrived exactly 7 min late. The front desk person was rude and told me I that they don't let people into class if they are more than 5 min late. I already paid for the class & explained that I got a little lost and asked her to cut me a little slack for my first time. She refused & also refused a refund or a makeup class. This place clearly just wants your money. I won't be back to the Wayne location. I use both the Totowa and Denville locations. Never had any issues at those studios and the front desk staff is always friendly & accommodating. read more

Awesome and life changing ! My journey here hs been amazing and it continues to be so :)

OrangeTheory in Wayne is an extremely great workout for people at all different fitness levels. The staff and coaches are incredible! They get to know their members and build a family like environment while helping each individual achieve their personal fitness goals. Each class is a different template so you never get bored. Personally, I have tried every gym and diet out there. I had no luck anywhere and then OTF literally gave me more life! I have lost over 100 lbs in less than a year. Now, I am working on strengthening. Thank you, OTF Wayne!!! read more

Love this place . So friendly! I have been going for one month after 2 years of not being able to workout due to an injury. I gained a lot of weight . 30 days later and only 8 classes later .. I can feel my body lean out ! Thank you for insisting I join after my first free class. read more

While their work outs and coaches are good, I can not say the same for customer service. Due to a busy schedule, I called last week to reduce my membership, in an effort to stay a part of their studio. While it was explained to me that I would have one more billing cycle at my more expensive rate, the reduced one would come into effect after. I had no issue with this but did have to call 2 times in order to receive the paper work. Now, after seeing that I am still unable to work it into my schedule, I called this morning to cancel. Well, my billing cycle was yesterday so rather then extend a courtesy and allow me to cancel effective then...THEY ARE CHARGING ME THIS MONTH AND THE NEXT! A manager would not take my call, instead let the receptionist get the brunt of my anger and to boot they told me, "they are running an event and are too busy to send me cancellation paper work." Why they would want someone as angry as me to call again or show up in person is beyond me. Sarah, a manager there who decided she wanted to follow me on social media, is one of the managers. I guess they have time for that tho....needless to say, while working out is great, when their management and customer service skills are like this, I would not recommend them to anyone! read more
