For years I have put up with all of the below but it is one of the worst runs gyms I have ever witnessed. I cannot for the life of me understand how Crunch allows this place to exist under their brand name without calling for major changes. Shame on Crunch Corp. and shame on Hyatt Hotels which has its guest use this place as their gym. The gym is constantly dirty. Scary for a place that requires cleanliness. The bathrooms are disgusting. There is a hole in the tile wall near the men's sinks that has sheetrock covering it. Has been like this for years. The sauna and steam shower are constantly broken or out of order. The showers are absolutely disgusting and appear to never actually be cleaned. Toilets smell like they never get cleaned. The lockers are old and dilapidated with many lockers broken or requiring repair. Mind you, nothing in the bathroom/locker rooms have been updated in years...possibly even decades. GYM: Lets start with the fact that the equipment is the same equipment that has been used in this place for decades...and it shows. More importantly, machines are constantly broken and take weeks to get repaired. Padding on machines is cracked or broken. The overall layout is terrible and lacks the proper flow for a gym. So much so that machines are so close together that it is difficult to add weight or so close to walls that it makes using it difficult. Plate racks never have the appropriate weight on them. Its as if no one on staff understands how a gym functions. OVERALL: If you are considering this as a gym, you have been warned. If it wasn't so convenient for me I would have switched years ago. The truly sad part is this could be a premier location. The potential is there and there is enough space to offer a variety of services not just fitness (wellness, recovery, etc.). More importantly, I would happily pay more on a monthly membership if they just simply upgraded the equipment and the locker rooms. But again, this place is being run by slumlords, so you get what you pay for.

This trainer had me so motivated that I didn't think twice about being there at 6 am on Monday mornings. The small group training sessions were fun, challenging and informative. I am telling you this so you are not duped like I was. Worse of it...I paid for personal training and the trainer is losing out as much as I am! After the class they told me I can longer come here unless I have a paid membership. I have national wide coverage but this YMCA refuses to honor that. I just wanted to take just one class and they said I have to pay full membership. They could still get paid if they went through the insurance. But they rather take money directly from member not understanding seniors are on low income budget. This was very disheartening because I really loved the class. So beware nationwide is not for this particular YMCA.

Everything is clean, well-maintained, and updated. The courses are great, and the teaching staff is knowledgeable and enthusiastic. The Not-So-Great Stuff One other reviewer already mentioned the mystery busses that show up every so often and randomly disgorge mobs of teenage boys at the front door (who in turn fill the fitness room beyond capacity). I once submitted a proposal that the members simply be alerted the day before this happens so that they can plan; I never received an acknowledgement. The facility hosts swim meets, and when that happens you can forget about finding a place to park. I have no idea why they don't direct swim meet vehicles to park in one of the nearby YMCA lots for the day. If you do show up on a swim meet day, be prepared to make a slow Odyssean drive through the various areas of the parking lot before realizing that you won't be working out that day. I don't like that they charge extra for some classes. This place isn't cheap -- you can look up the membership prices on the website. It strikes me as a little mean to charge retirees who just want to learn how to play pickleball an extra $100.

In fact, when I was pulling the sled, I fell backwards as the weight was too much and hurt myself. No one noticed or seemed to ask me if I was OK. I decided not to return. I asked for a refund after remembering that I had purchased the five-pack but was told by Lucas Cittone that there were no refunds and my five-pack had expired. I've since joined Orange Theory and it's a much better fit for me.

Love all the coaches i have had so far and for a semi beginner coming in they have all been very helpful and for sure a no judgement zone. Staff is also super friendly and the bathrooms and facility is clean. Easy to schedule classes but some do book up fast it seems and thats the only downside for me due to my unpredictable schedule but so far everything has been outstanding as my experience with OTF!! I can't comment on the showers but they do have them and look very clean Shout out to whomever makes those mixes that we hear in class. Those are my type of jams! A++
