Great coffee with terrific pastries and prepared food. Great coffee with quick, pleasant service. Great coffee in quiet surroundings, eat outside in Einstein Square if you can. Oh, and did I mention the great coffee.

Recently opened on Main Street in Southold next to Einstein Square. How did Einstein get a Square in Southold? Well he spent a summer or 2 in Cutchogue and visited Rothman's store where Southold General is located and bought a pair of sandals and became friends with Mr. Rothman. Odd but true story. The Square and stores were renovated last year and a beautiful space was created. There are plenty of tables and outdoor seating in a casual setting. Of course there is also a bust of Einstein and a mural of Einstein and Mr. Rothman. The cafe is beautifully decorated with a farm house style showcasing local farm produce and packaged goods such as Jellies, honey and other products. There is a lot going on in this space. They have a excellent coffee shop, Pizzeria, breakfast items such as scones and muffins and a gelateria. So many things to choose from. Great place to visit for breakfast, lunch or just stop by for a coffee or gelato and sit outside people watching or Einstein watching. My only complaint is that prices can be on the high side. Great addition to Main Street in Southold. It really livens up the area. Make sure you visit some of the other local shops on Main Street when visiting Southold General. I think Einstein would have liked it here.

This place is way over priced. $8 for a Cold Brew. $10 bucks for a small smoothie. The food is not worth the price. Would not go back.

There aren't enough adjectives to properly describe how much we loved working with Rolling in Dough…read morefor our September wedding! From our initial emails exchanged with Maribeth, I knew that we were making the right choice for us. She answered all of our questions quickly and thoroughly, giving us lots of options and outlining the costs very clearly. Our tasting at their Pizza bar in Greenport was wonderful, offering us an opportunity to taste the pizza, make some exotic combinations with their wide variety of toppings, and get a feel for their business. On the day of, the truck pulled up 2 minutes before the eta and the three guys, Kieran, Dylan and Jeff, jumped out to greet me! I was wearing a wedding dress so they obviously knew who I was!! We discussed parking logistics and the timing for the first pizza and then they got to work! Within 45 minutes, they were set up and started cranking out pizzas! With our guests, the guys were sweet, attentive, and made lots of suggestions for great pizza combos! They even got my 86 year old grandmother to try their famous mashed potato and bacon pizza pie!! Our guests were impressed and full. Within an hour, the rush slowed down but the guys made some extra pizza just in case. They quickly transitioned to gelato and espresso drinks and then circulated in the crowd to take orders and distribute gelato. At the end of their evening, they even came to find my husband and I to ask if we needed anything-- probably knowing that we had given our guests pizza priority! The price was reasonable, the service remarkable and the food magnificent. We are so happy with our choice to include Rolling in Dough in our wedding day plans. We would do it all again in a heartbeat. We'll all be chatting about our incredible wedding brick oven pizza truck for years!

Our cousins rented the food truck to come out to their house during a family reunion. The staff…read morewere incredible! So friendly and excited to make personal pizzas for us in their impressive wood burning stove. They had all sorts of toppings though I wish they had a chicken or chicken sausage topping option. Their dough/crust was absolute perfection that the best pizzas were actually the most simple such as the fig and ricotta or the garlic or even the plain pizza. Unfortunately they don't have to go boxes for leftovers but they're really generous about the amount of pizzas they'll make. They even had gelato to top the night off. I highly recommend!!
